After booking a cruise the aftercare customer service is extremely poor. We want to make a change to a cruise, they do not do this for you live or deal directly with customers unless it is urgent. Meanwhile, while waiting on them to come back to you (5 days now, the prices go up). You will go round in circles on the phone, customer care department closes earlier than what they say and the live chat is a bot that you get nowhere with. Everything done by email and online forms, but no resoultion. Also don't be fooled by small deposits and think you can change your mind about something, they will ask for the full deposit, which is a much greater amount.

This is the second time we have booked through Iglu. Glen was great, he was able to answer all my questions and amend the package to suit our requests including picking flight times and carrier and airport.
Got an amazing luxury cruise at a bargain price too! Excellent service.

The cruise is a great deal made even better by the pre-cruise stays I. Las Vegas and San Francisco. Overall I am very satisfied with Iglu Cruises.
