Having used iglu for a number of cruises we have usually found staff to be super helpful. With this in mind we decided to book one if their bespoke cruise packages which included a day trip from Milan on the Bernini Express to the Swiss Alps. Unfortunately we recieved a message from the provider of the train trip to say they couldn't accommodate the chosen dates. Whilst we realise this maybe out of Iglus control. We contacted iglu never the less to ask they resolve this issue last Wednesday and have yet to recieve a response back. This leaves a negative feeling on our forth coming holiday and feel iglu have had time enough to respond. The after care from payment and customer care seems to require some consideration.

I was having trouble getting this cruise rebooked after a fire on Celebrity Infinity in feb 2026. I contacted Dominic through normal channels within Iglu
After a lengthy struggle covering 3 days, on Monday 10th August, eventually Dominic finally got my booking completed. It was not due to Celebrity Cruise staff, who on 3 occasions, conflicted each other. I'm a lady in my 60s my travel companion is a lady in her 70s, the cruise was for her very special 70th birthday. I tried to rebook cruise through our original suppliers, but with no joy, I now have to thank Dom for cutting through severe administration discrepancies and finally, successfully , completing this task. So thankyou Dom for successfully completing our booking and god willing we have our cruise in oct 2026

Great customer service. I created several quotes online before making a decision on which cruise to go for. I dealt mainly with Daisy. She was patient and helpful whilst my husband and I deliberated on a decision. Once we had chosen I spoke to Daniel. He went through the quote and found us the best cabin in the category we wanted. With the discounts applied we were very happy with the final amount. We have booked many cruises with IGLU and I always prefer to book over the phone as the service is excellent.
