Offered to change our cruise at a price…
Offered to change our cruise at a price we accepted then couldn’t do it and just kept pushing the price up . We had paid in full but couldn’t get the balance back and the cruise was 16 months later but had previously been told we would be able to, in the end cancelled with a £266 charge including £50 admin. Will look elsewhere in future

Lovely, patient and very helpful
A lovely patient and very helpful gentleman named Alex P helped me with my booking. He was able to answer all my questions, look into the best options to find me the best deal, was happy to repeat details even when I changed the criteria more than once, said he would call me back at a set time and kept his word.
