Connected to an agent, Daisy, almost immediately. Daisy was very helpful, she listened to my requirements and and answered my questions. She made the whole process trouble free and was so easy to talk to.

Our Iglu agent, Kevin, was very helpful and his product knowledge made choosing our cruise and extras very easy.
