Prima 2.5 GBps switch

Good product. Only used for few days - so no idea about reliability yet. Also cannot test 2.5 Gbps connection - as my routers are still on 1 GBps…

[NL] Goed product. Heb het pas een paar dagen in gebruik, dus nog geen idee over de betrouwbaarheid op langere termijn. Kan de 2,5 Gbps verbinding ook (nog) niet testen, want mijn routers zijn nog maar 1 Gbps…

I have ordered bijzet tafel, and we recieved suitecase

It is so irresponsible. I have placed an order for bijzet tafel and we recieve a samsonite suitecase.

Hole in one bag...

Its was all super good except when the 2 products were delivered and one of the two protein powder packs had a hole in it....
Not sure when it was opened now and how so basically its for the trash now...

Hands off. Warranty claims will be rejected, revocation takes forever, and you won't get a full refund either.

In some situations, our authorised repair partners determine that damage was caused by external factors, and in those cases we are unfortunately not allowed to process a warranty replacement. Due to data protection, we can’t go into details here, but we always base our decisions on the findings of certified technicians.

Cases like this are not the norm, and we understand how frustrating it can be when the outcome isn’t what you hoped for.

€400 worth of products ordered mid…

€400 worth of products ordered mid October. 1 out of 10 products received the other 'lost' in transit. 10 days to raise a concern with the shipping company and afterbq2 days still no news on the products or the refund. Im fairly sure they never had the products in the first place and never sent them out as the tracking numbers didnt work. Still waiting for my money back.

jusqu'ici satisfait, et là 3 colis qui ne sont pas arrivés et Ibood qui fait la sourde oreille depuis des semaines....

Answer 05-11-2025 : why did you then accept the delivery address in Luxembourg, did ship it to the transporter with this address and have him fail delivering and the not reimbursing ?????

Vous nous avez envoyé plusieurs e-mails au sujet de votre commande, mais nous y avons répondu. Dans certains cas, vous nous avez également répondu.

Tu as reçu tes deux dernières commandes via un point de retrait. Mais pour ta dernière commande, tu as indiqué une adresse luxembourgeoise comme s'il s'agissait d'une adresse belge. Cette combinaison n'est pas valide et le colis ne peut donc pas être livré.

This was my first order with ibood. com. Everything went well and the order was delivered timely. The product, how it performed is a completely different review and yet to be used. But ibood gets full marks for deal I received from them on the product and the timely delivery.

Om verrassingen achteraf te voorkomen, wordt bij elke deal bij de Specificaties aangegeven wat de THT datum is.
Wat jammer dat je dit niet opgemerkt had, ondanks onze goede bedoelingen.

Gelukkig gaat het om een Tenminste Houdbaar Tot datum en zijn de repen ook ruim na deze datum nog veilig en met smaak te eten.

bad experience (after a lot of good ones)

I already ordered a lot on iBood, but my last order was and still is a bad experience. I got the confirmation that my order was sent. After six day, I still had no update from the transportation company so I asked iBood to check the status. They answered me that they will look at it and that it can take 10 days before I will get an answer. I'm pretty sure they will solve it, but I paid 9 euro transport costs. For what?? I have no problem with paying for transport but when I pay I also want a decent service in return. 10 days is unacceptable to check the status of my package.

Not every product they have is a real…

Not every product they have is a real discount like what i bought from them for 35 euro other website was 36 euro not 180 euro so they retail price is misleading as if you check online is same price as them and they charge expensive shipping fees and take almost 1 week to deliver my product

Our reference price is not a current price at other shops, but it is the original recommended retail price. We also mention this with the word "adviesprijs" and a (i) with extra info behind the pop-up.

As we offer our deals only for a short moment, we are only allowed to compare with the recommended retail price.
This is not misleading, but following the law.

It is always good to compare prices before purchase, to be sure you won't pay too much.

Worst after-sales on earth !

Hi,
I've buying nice products since almost 10 years, usually for "best prices". But, you know you can really assess a company and its services when something goes wrong.... 2 years warranty is legal. A low-value speaker (value 45 euros) has just worked for 3 weeks. So, I decided to return it (get it repaired or refunded or just send me a new one). 1st email from ibood is a 1 full page of "if we assess that the defect is not covered by the warranty, we could charge you : analysis costs, repair costs, transport costs, .....and it goes on. Now, since 3 weeks, I've sent this low value product : NO NEWS ! I've sent a request to their website : except an automatic standard reply...NO NEWS ! So, if you buy anything there, you should be ready to loose the value of it. I can't imagine what will happen with a TV or any expensive product. Worst after-sales services and i'm buying hundreds of time on Internet every year.
