Beautiful dining set

We are very happy with the order. It arrived well packed and all items were as expected. We ordered 2 of the same and were equally satisfied with both deliveries.

iBood is great

iBood is a well-designed and reliable platform with a stable and intuitive website. It offers a diverse range of deals, making it exciting to check back daily for new offers. The only downside is the lack of an English language option, which can make ordering a bit challenging at times—especially since Google Translate doesn’t always work perfectly. Adding multilingual support would greatly enhance the user experience. Last but not least, customer service always replies fast with accurate information, and they are always informed about the case. Also, returns and refunds are always credited without any delays or other problems.

Its a gamble to buy from ibood!

You might find a lot of good offers on ibood but they might have quality issues or defects. They are not checked it seems. I received gym protective mat for rowing machines with holes in it. I returned it in the box it came and refund was not done in full. Also, delivery is expensive as well! So you lose the amount of delivery anyway and they might not return in full. Its a gamble. You might get something nice here but you might lose will lose money for choosing ibood because they will send you defective product and will charge you for it.

We don't charge return costs for a defective product, but in this case you made a claim for a cancellation within the decision time. That's why you got charged, because we were not aware of this (automated) return. We have solved it for you by providing you a coupon code as a compensation,

Nice and they honor the return and refund policy

Have had various orders for 1+ year and all were very nice in general. Had a lost package and they returned the money. Did a return myself because of a tiny defect and because I did not like the product, I had to pay postage fees for that, I did not like that particularly, but it's not something that worths 1 star less. I had also won once a free shipping reward through twitch, but it was expired after 3 months when I placed my next order. That was a pity... :(

Astonishingly poor furniture quality

The only reason to keep two stars is the fact of relatively fast delivery. DHL could do better - had two carryiers visiting me separately on a same day. I would never consider a purchase having that in front of me in a real life. Manufacturing damages passed through onto the customer, purposely?

Spammers refusing to take you 'of the list'.

Never signed up, clicked the unsubscribe links multiple times, but they keep on spamming.

Why would I buy from a company not respecting my wishes?

Looking at their reaction: I never signed up, so I should not get their mail in the first place. I also already contacted them in the past.

I have not received 2 of the items I…

I have not received 2 of the items I have ordered yet received a pair of ladies shoe I have not ordered. (Multiple Boxes (3)) The orders should have arrived on 27DEC2024 before new year (presents) which arrived (partially) on 3rd Jan2025. Not a very positive situation. Waiting response from customer service to find out what is going on.

Missordered a product that I cancel 10…

Miss ordered a product then I cancelled it 10 minutes later, and still it was sent the next day , even after they responded “that it was too bad that I cancelled it” …

We are sorry that the cancellation request could not be processed and caused that the parcel got shipped anyway. Looking at the time of ordering and time of cancelling, there is only a few minutes in between. It seems that the cancellation request was too fast after the ordering and could not get processed yet, because the order wasn't completely finalised at that moment.
