Excellent experience during my call
Excellent experience during my call with Farouk, highly knowledgeable about the subject matter and pointed me to resources i could refer to in order to build my knowledge on the issue even after a detailed explanation to my questions. He also provided answers to questions he knew i would have, just to be sure i was well equipped on what i needed to know about shared parental leave (a highly dreaded topic in HR due to the complexities). I will definitely be requesting for Farouk on my next call. thank you

The team advising us on the product were helpful and friendly.
The team advising us on the product were friendly and able to answer simple questions. When trying to hunt down specific information, we had to do some digging. The information was there, but not on a simple tile (performance improvement). Also the Reservists information is not in one page. Overall, it is a great tool and the team were pleasant.

Farouk was amazing! He really cared about what I needed help with. He listened carefully and asked good questions to make sure he understood everything. He explained things very thoroughly, breaking down tricky words and ideas so they were easy to understand. He took his time and answered all my questions patiently.
