I pre ordered a pair of boots quite some time ago.I had an email saying the boots were back in stock, so I thought I had to place an order. I received two identical pairs in one day, so returned one pair, Customer services have been quick to arrange a refund.

Sadly Sizing Way Out
Beatiful quality ladies slippers BUT the sizing is way out. I have bought size 7 in all shoes boots and sllppers for years with no problem. So sad that these were way too tight even given the shearling wool will flatten a little but is not that fuffy. I have a feeling even an 8 would be too small but none in the sale. Passed on to someone with smaller (size 5) feet who is delighted but says they are not that big for her. Such a shame as they are superb quality

Inaccurately sized product, disappointing experience
Ordered a pair of mule type slippers, thought I'd be ordering a product made in the uk but they are from Spain, there is no mention of this which may have helped with the sizing chart as I would have followed the EU sizing rather than the UK (please look at your sizing chart as this may be misleading). The sizing was incorrect and the product runs very small to an expected fit. My partner is an 8-9 foot size so ordered the 9 as there was no note on product on the website to up-size, my partner joked he has never been a size 10 in his life or ordered a size 10 in any shoe/slipper before. Disappointed as this was a birthday gift for him and was sad on the day to give him a gift that wasn't suitable. Have paid for 2x delivery costs to not even end up with a product. I will not be using this company again in the future....

I had to return a dress
I had to return a dress, as it was incorrect. Not only have we been blamed for Evri's incompetence, there has been no apology from this company. Over the year's I have ordered hundreds, if not into the thousands of pounds worth of clothes. I can say after this debacle, I will not be spending another penny, or recommending this company as I have done for many years.
Shame on The House of Bruar. Customer service skills and handling are level 0.
