Purchased helmet late 2023
Purchased helmet late 2023. Tried cancelling immediately due to accidental purchase. Did not honor their return policy of early cancellation before shipping, and when it did arrive they kept dodging questions and were not cooperating. Helmet didn't even fit. Requested a cc chargeback and won.
If you purchase from them, purchase with a credit card so you can contest it if they screw you over. Do not do paypal as another mentioned, as they will not protect you since you received the item technically.

They sent the product but I needed to exchange for a larger size. They responded on FB but did not follow through. I will never do business with this company again.

Bad phone number
Bad phone number, says made in USA but once you buy it its gonna be shipped from china. No response on emails. Youll get the helmet but its definitely a shady company making a quick buck. Dont know if its safe to try in actual combat.

Host Helmet a Legit US Company or even a legit Helmet?
Phone# listed is not a good# (Their email response, "was getting harassing calls from competitors"), Google has the address as a manufactured/mobile home, and the PayPal transaction shows as Vickys Trading Co. I sent a cancellation email, David, no last name responds (email is in the Chinese and English language) the product was shipped, I couldn't cancel. Then I received another email claiming that the product (helmet) was shipped but it was shipped a day after my cancellation email. I did receive the product but no stickers, labels, manual, etc. Don't even know if it is safe to wear. PayPal declined my dispute because I received the item. Still in dispute. Beware! Other websites with similar MO: tachelmet.com, tacticalpow.com
