I cashed out for 50 to PayPal over a week ago and have sent 5 emails to support but I got no answer to any of them.

They can start by sending my rewards that they claim has been approved. Approving something and sending it are two different things. The proof is in the pudding. I did my part and now Richie Rich needs to do their end of the contract. Send my two rewards of $100.00. Until then, I will continue to update and let those who see your games for what they really are.

same story as everyone else. Order was marked delivered 10 days after purchase. No code/giftcard was sent. No answer from support for 2 weeks.

avoid, don't purchase. Total theft/scam unfortunately.

SCAM-FRAUD!!!
I bought a 1000 TL turkey netflix card. They never sent any gift card. After sending to them approximately 10 e-mails, where they never responded, the issue was disputed with Revolut (1 and a half month after the initial purchase, that is how long this issue took...) and richegame finally "sent" the gift cards... Nevertheless, they were already used gift cards! And now i cannot receive throught revolut any compensation, because the "product" was delivered by richegame, although it is fake-not working!!!

REPORT THEM TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION. THEY ARE THIEVES.

SCAM. I ordered a gift card but never got it. I opened 4 Tickets but no answer. 3 weeks later I decided to open a claim at my credit card to get back the money. WATCH OUT.

I have paid for order #307793683 It is showing delivered on your website but I didn't get the codes. Also no one is replying from customer service. they are fully stupid and scammers. I lost my money TRY453
