Gram Games are admittedly very immoral,will steal your in game currency and be totally ok with it!
Im not sure why im wasting my time but im just blown away at the experiences ive had,am having with support. Ive played Merge Magic for a very long time now and Merge Dragons as well. In 2020,after an update with Merge Magic, i up and lost absolutely ALL my progress. This included all premium lands and quite a large amount of cash spent on the game with gems etc. I contacted support in hopes that i could somehow gain back something of what i had. They informed me that with no working cloud save,(which i thought was odd,)there was slim chances of finding my progress. In the end the lady who was working with me from their support was the nicest and most helpful being. After i provided to her all requested info,all my Google play reciepts and requested screeshots,she provided me all unlocked premium lands,(like i originally had,)many different little fairies of all sorts,and an array of different merges that you aquire when playing,over 3000 in coins and over 7000 in gems,(the coins were about what i originally had but the gems,she kindly awarded me what i had plus more and stated that it was for all the troubles and loss i endured. You see playing these games is my ONLY outlet. I care for my sick,disabled child 24/7 without breaks. I was truly sick over loosing my game progress. I will always be there for every moment of my childs days. But i try to get even small breaks every now and then. Thats when i play. Anyway,a few weeks back,SAME SCENARIO. Except i lost ALL PROGRESS TO BOTH MERGE MAGIC AND MERGE DRAGONS after they updated. Low and behold,nothing in my cloud either. I cant explain my upset at yet again loosing my progress. I contacted support and focused solely on Merge Magic. They ask for google play receipts except they said they only needed one and a screenshot of my game settings. Not even thinking OR it even occuring to me it being A THING,i sent a screenshot of the only transaction that so happened to be a refund due to in game error,a 49.99 pack of gems.
The next day they got back with me stating that they would re-up on my gems and game currency,but minus the refunded amount of gems and also that they could not award any progress due to technical limitations.(Whatever,i wasnt expecting them to award ANYTHING that was refunded,never even crossed my mind. I simply wanted what i had and that is what i told them. Also,why was the last support tech able to present me with progress within the game but this person can not??) So they answer back and AGAIN stating the same stuff only wording it a bit differently and telling me an amount of what they are going to award me....,which definitely IS NOT WHAT I HAD PRIOR TO LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS,being only half of what i had originally. I answered back stating..."you mean to tell me that i loose my progress once with support being more than willing and very kind in awarding back the best she could what i had originally with extra due to all the insane stuff i went through and lost...now i loose progress AGAIN and you come along saying you cant do pretty much anything and your awarding me only half of what i had in gems...all along CONTINUALLY BANTERING ON ABOUT NOT AWARDING BACK GEMS THAT WERE REFUNDED..WHEN I NEVER ASK THEM TO...that i simply want my over 7000 gems back that I HAD PRIOR TO GAME LOSS...this amount having NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY REFUNDED AMOUNTS....that there so outright willing to act so unprofessionally IMMORAL...." They answered back that basically YES,whether i feel that way or not that is in fact what they are doing... AND THIS IS ALSO after I PROVIDED A SCREENSHOT OF SUPPORT SAYING THE EXACT AMOUNT OF OVER 7200 GEMS SHES AWARDING ME from the very conversation in my archives....i gave PROOF and they still will NOT give what i had....And thats ok with them. Their game lost my everything and support maliciously wont award it back,actuallySTEALING FROM ME...even after i show actual proof of gems i had. How is that ok? I know..Im 1 LOUSY PLAYER who wont even dent their millions should i quit playing.....RIGHT???
