I moved into my home in 2018…I just broke a tile in my kitchen. I emailed Hopkins and within 24 hours Lauren had messaged with the style/type of tiles that were in my home as well as all other tiles around the house ‘just in case!’ Thank you for your help!

Andy & Neil are by far the best contractors we have had in our home from Hopkins. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable and just all around lovely people who are excellent at what they do.

Honestly, it was a pleasure having them in our home and they really do give the Hopkins brand a good name. It's a shame that not all Hopkins contractors are like, Andy & Neil really are the gold standard and truly are a credit to the aftercare team and company as a whole

I received excellent service, initially from the member of staff in the office, who took my call and arranged for a member of the maintenance team to visit me within a few minutes. He arrived and resolved the problem without any issues. This is the best service I have received in a long time.

I had some queries regarding my property and spoke to Max in Customer Services who was very helpful and efficient with assisting. Very impressed.

We are currently selling our property, originally built by Hopkins Homes. Have needed to get some of the original documentation - dealt with Max who has been outstanding, very efficient, quick to respond and so incredibly helpful. A real credit to Hopkins Homes!

Excellent experience with Max, called and resolved my approval request within literal minutes of sending an email with all of the details required. Very helpful and straight forward as well as highlighting all of the potential aspects I should consider for planning permission for the solar install.

Well what can I say. We brought a house on St George's Park Needham Market.
On the plans there was a footpath to lead around the edge of the estate via Jackdor Close and a fence outside our property where the path would lead to. Since moving in they have not done the Path as promised to 200+homes and not completed on the fence to which now 200+ homes believe they can walk through our private property to access a said Path. On our solicitor papers the Path was not via our Private Drive.
Hopkins will not respond to emails as they have taken our 500k cash and walked away .

From the very first conversation, our experience reserving our new build home with Hopkins Homes has been nothing short of outstanding. Charlotte has been absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to our questions. She made the entire reservation process feel smooth, personal, and stress-free, which has meant so much to us during such a big life decision.

Katherine has also been incredible, going above and beyond to help make our move possible. Her willingness to work with us and support our specific needs truly shows how much she cares about her customers. It’s rare to find such genuine commitment and flexibility, and we’re so grateful to have had her guidance along the way.

Thanks to Charlotte and Katherine, what could have been a daunting process has been an exciting and enjoyable journey. We feel completely confident in our choice and are looking forward to our new home with excitement!

Well finished house both inside and out with good turf and planted front garden I have been impressed with build quality throughout. Early days but from our first look round with Lacie to the handover with Michael the aspects which Hopkins had control over has been excellent. The original buyer pulling out last minute was no fault of theirs but this was well handled by Natasha at head office who came up with a rescue deal that was satisfactory to both parties, all in all a good experience

Oh how much could we write, don’t trust them, keep every promise in writing. They have caused us so much stress and have lied their way through it all.
They dropped the price of our house and didn’t tell us then pushed us to exchange blaming the solicitor for chasing!! We paid them to lay turf in our garden and they used a minuscule amount of topsoil and didn’t do as we had asked. The finish of our property was clearly done quickly and cheaply and poorly, we’ve been here 4 months and still dealing with constant issues and they have no decency or care for the stress they cause. Certainly don’t live up to the good name they once had.

My experience of buying my first family home with my partner at the Barsham Vale Site in Beccles has been amazing. From starting the journey looking at properties with Matt, who was extremely accommodating. then once moved in Mel and his team were extremely attentive and nothing was too much to either answer questions or to put right. Would certainly buy a home again with them, which has helped due to the quality of the build and the importance Mel’s site team have made to make sure we are happy.

We love the development in Alconburyweald. A huge thanks to Mandy (Hopkin’s Alconburyweald sales office) for all her support from the beginning. She was very professional and supportive, explained all the steps to us very clearly. She is a great asset to your team.

We recently bought our home through Hopkins Homes and have been really happy with the whole experience. From the beginning, we felt well looked after. Charlotte, our sales executive, was great at understanding our needs and helping us through the process. She was always friendly, helpful and kept things moving right through to completion.

The rest of the sales team have also been fantastic. They’ve been on hand whenever we’ve needed anything and continue to be a pleasure to see and chat to, especially as the sales office is right next to our house. It’s been really reassuring knowing they’re still around and happy to help even after we’ve moved in.

After we moved in, James the site manager gave us a really clear and helpful walkthrough of the house, along with another site manager, Dan. Both have been really supportive and available whenever we’ve needed anything. We had a small snag list and James got everything sorted quickly and without any hassle.

Special mention also to Marius, who has been brilliant since we moved in. He’s worked closely with James to manage the various contractors coming in to polish up any snags or issues, including things they noticed themselves before we even pointed them out. That kind of care and attention has really stood out and made us feel in good hands.

As we were the first to move into the development, there has naturally been some disruption with the ongoing building work. That’s to be expected, but James, Dan and Marius have made a real effort to keep us informed and supported along the way, which we’ve really appreciated.

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience with Hopkins Homes. We love our new home and have felt well supported throughout.

Having previously brought a Hopkins home several years ago what a difference our latest experience was.Hopkins has improved so much.The way Rachel took us through the whole process made what could have been a stressful experience was actually enjoyable.Rachel’s knowledge was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.

Great service from Neil and the remedial team handling a couple of repairs within the two years of purchase date. Lauren in customer service was excellent and the men doing the work couldn’t have been more helpful and skilled. So pleased with this exceptional service. 5 star thank you

We met with Mandy to reserve our new home. She has been super helpful from start to finish and has made the process of reserving our home very straightforward and without any issue. We are very happy with the service we have had :)

We've just reserved our first home, and as first time buyers Lacie at the Thetford branch was fantastic.
