After many months wanting a drone for my business needs. I finally decided to purchase one and after checking out the capabilities of many decided the the HS720 had many of the features of more expensive drones but at an affordable price. I'm am not a professional photographer but am satisfied that the HS720 will do what I need.

HS100G was given this my first drone has a gift and all is good just that the flying time is too short so would need extra batteries but has a first starter done all good

I recently purchased a Holy Stone 720 G drone. It came in a very nice case and everything was packaged very well. The instruction manual was user friendly and easy to follow. I had no difficulty in setting things up. I had no previous drone flying experience but my first flight was very successful. It was very easy to operate and my flight was flawless. The GPS works very well and it also does well in moderate wind conditions. In my opinion this is a very good drone and good value for the money. Being a beginner I would highly recommend the 720G for anyone who is looking for a starter drone at an affordable price.

GARBAGE!!!! Hastn't worked since DAY 1!! Does not calibrate, loses GPS signal constantly, the app crashes all the time. I've yet to have a successful flight. Don't waste your money - HS175D...I purchased it online through Wal Mart. very frustrating..

Purchased the Holystone hs720e and it's a great beginner drone. Have flown it into branches (my fault) and was okay. I think it's a robust, though little drone.
Very pleased with mine

Purchased the Holy stone HS175D drone. As a 70 year old and a complete novice with drones I could not be more pleased. I previously bought a cheap drone from China. A complete load of rubbish and waste of money. The Holy stone drone is well worth the extra money. After a few crashes all I have had to is replace a few propellers and spares were included. It flies great and really pleased with the video quality. Highly recommended.

I just want to say a massive massive thank you to Holy Stone for sending me a brand new replacement drone. Their customer service is just amazing. Second to none. Contacted them last week to say my iPhone couldn’t connect to my drone and communication with Holy Stone was just amazing. They replied straight away and never had any ifs or buts….Absolutely outstanding service and quick response with every email. Thank you once again!!!

I’ve owned three HS720 drones And, to be honest, 2 of them literally flew away not returning to home as I thought once the signal was lost or anything. Very disappointed and what can I do about it nothing I guess so beware every one, the return to home feature is def not a fail safe

Drone defective on 3rd use. Now unable to use. Have tried to contact customer care with no reply. Avoid this company

I received my HS110G as a Christmas present .
Value for money is an understatement.
This drone does everything and more.
The user guide was easy to download and simple to follow… I was up and running in minutes with a little added help from the online video.

As a society, we tend to be quick to complain, but remain silent when things go well. Allow me to step forward: I had a relatively minor issue with a relatively inexpensive Holy Stone camera drone. An HS340, $60 MSRP. Holy Stone responded within 1 hour; within 1 day they had decided to send me a new drone and controller, and over a period of 1 week, when it arrived, we had exchanged 21 emails, most just making sure I was okay with their decision. THIS is how a business is run. I only wish Holy Stone was in the next level of drones, competing with the Mavic Air 2s, Mavic 3, EVO II and the like. I would never go anywhere else. Well done, Holy Stone. Keep it up.

I bought a drone from this company for my father for xmas. He had a few teething problems with the drone at first but after recieving lots of knowledge and support from Holy Stone in the United States my father is thoroughly enjoying flying the drone. Thank you Holy Stone.

I made a purchase and I noticed right after the payment that they only ship to the US (damn autofill and google chrome). So, I write 5 seconds after the purchase asking to cancel the order or - if possible - ship to another country (Sweden).
They do not reply for 3 days, and when they reply the product was already shipped to an address that of course does not exist.
Then I ask a refund, because obviously the item will return and on top of that they could save shipping costs if they looked at the email within 24h.
The person at the customer service says that they cannot refund, and they ask me if I can go to pick it up at the given address.
YES! OF COURSE I BOOK A FLIGHT TO TRAVEL TO THE USA TO AN INEXISTENT ADDRESS TO COLLECT A 50 BUCKS DRONE.
Epic Fail.
I opened a dispute on paypal, granted after 24h. I am getting a refund.
The drone is a HS210, fun object, good product.

Have a holystone m818 drone . Great start up drone for beginners. Does have long range of 2000 m but video transmission is only about 300ft before signal is lost. The app is not great either needs an update . Video lagsabout 3 to 4 seconds. Otherwise the drone is good fun to fly.

One of the worst companies you could ever have to deal with you call customer service they have no knowledge of their equipment of what their job is or how to answer your questions they just go off of the little menu and repeat exactly the same thing over I've had five phone calls with them not a one of them could tell me anything about the product that I have which is mercury 3 couldn't tell me what motor was in it couldn't tell me what gear size was in it could tell me nothing and they cannot access the information you have to have an email for everything you do honestly one of the biggest jokes for a company that I've ever seen it in my life I'm pretty sure the people down at the AA meetings are 50 million times more smarter then the people answering the phones up there they got a half as product that can't stand up for crap discontinued my drone and now one with so many parts to it not only that they cannot cross over any of the part numbers or any pieces to another drone to figure out whether it works or not because of the incompetence of person that's on the other side of the phone 90% of the time you're going to wind up with somebody that cannot speak English for crap best recommendation save your money unless you really want spend it there and then go ahead and throw it in trash you'll still be smarter than the people on the phone I highly highly do not recommend these people and if you think that is going to be a great idea to buy one just go ahead and show her the corn cob up your kester

I ordered a new HS165 drone from an 'authorized Holy Stone dealer' (in Bremen) on ebay and received a used useless drone with no batteries. I would stay away from this brand in Germany, I have heard of this happening now too many times and now I have experienced it firsthand.

I ordered a drone and it came with one motor unhooked and no charger

I have been a Holy Stone customer now for almost 2 years. I have several Holy Stone drones, everything from the micro drone to the mid-range with a 4K camera system. I love the reliability of the products and I know that when I have the time to spend outside with my Grandson that we can fly without any headaches. Don't get me wrong, I have had some issues with a few of the units, but EVERY single time I have either called or emailed Customer Service, they have gone over and beyond what was expected and the issue was resolved in a matter of just a few days. Darren and the whole staff at Holy Stone are TOP NOTCH and you won't find another company out there that is willing to not only stand behind their product, but will do what ever it takes to make sure that you, THE CUSTOMER, is taken care of 110%. So if you are new to the hobby or a well seasoned flyer, you can not go wrong by choosing Holy Stone as your go to drone supplier. JUST FLY & HAVE FUN

I purchased a Holy Stone 175D. I had to send it back as the gimbal was faulty. I received a replacement quickly. However, the replacement seemed to have a mind of its own and flew away three times. It simply wouldn’t respond to the controls and is lost. I contacted Holy Stone who advised me that I would need to buy the entire package as they don’t sell the drone separately. I was also informed that the price had increased by £75 but they would offer me a discount. My advice is buy a DJI drone. I have a mini 2. Different league entirely.

I bought from this company. The package was lost. I contacted them and was referred to 2 different people. They told me it was my responsibility to find the lost package. They did not help me in any way. They told me to contact the shipper and find the package. I bought this off their website and have no idea who the shipper is. They do. I would not send my money to these people again. They take no responsibility for the mistakes they make. They pushed it onto me, I have no way of finding this information. They will answer your emails, but they will not help you. Steer clear of this bunch. They only take your money. They will never take any responsibility for making mistakes. They leave it up to the customer to fix their mistakes.
