Don't recommend for beginners

I got walter the bear for Easter and it didn't meet my expectations. First of all the tan and black yarn were tangled. But when I started watching the videos for it the instructions were unclear and complicated. It doesn't show them actually doing the stitch, the person explaining it was not explaining it good enough for a beginner to understand. I don't recommend this if you are an absolute beginner, it's a waste of money you can go to the store and buy a entire kit for under 30$ and just look on YouTube for a tutorial.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WOOBLES

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WOOBLES! BUYER BEWARE!

I order five kits for my niece 3 weeks ago. The order arrived in about a week with TWO out of the FIVE kits. I checked to see if maybe my order was being sent as a split order, but nope...they'd just failed to complete an order. Pretty wild, too, considering the packaging has huge images of the characters. I sought help from customer service and at first they wanted photo proof. Weird thing to ask for when a photo doesn't really corroborate anything. They finally offerer a brief and simple apology and asked what I wanted to do: fulfill the order or get a refund. Although it was now past my nieces bday, I decided to have the order fulfilled. I asked for rush shipping: denied. At this point I've been going back and forth with who knows how many agents or potential chat bots. It rubbed me the wrong way that they would so spectacularly mess up an order and just be like, "Welp, sorry...what do you want us to do?" So I asked for a discount code for future purchases (when I was still open to doing business with them). They offered 10%. That may suit some, but any low level worker can offer a 10% discount. I took issue with their lack of accountability, and the next agent who took over acted as if they were starting from square one: asking what happened and for an order number. This is day five btw. At this point they say 10% is the max. So I'll be returning my order once it arrives in full and NEVER order from them again. Save your money, but most importantly your time!

To Wooble, or not to Wooble

I got a Snooky the Ghost Wooble and it was an enjoyable activity to help me relax. I’m not great at crocheting but was able to follow the video tutorials and my ghost came out adorably. There was more than enough yarn in the kit, in fact I may have enough to make another small ghost! This was a great way to learn a new hobby, it’s worth a try if you’re considering it,

No pattern in the package

My friend purchased the kit for me because I really wanted the Bluey crochet hook. The hook is so short I couldn't use it. There is no pattern in the kit. After paying a ridiculous amount I'm expected to sign up for an account in order to get the pattern that you can't actually download. They don't need my information, that transaction should have been over at the cash register. Do NOT recommend, will not purchase anymore. I will warn my friends.

Huge let down, will never purchase again!

There should be a written pattern, along with the video tutorials. Not everyone has access to a computer or Internet to obtain he pattern, seems like you only target those with money and access, which is gross. Contacted customer service requesting a refund and could tell it was just a generic response, they didn't address the issue at all or mention giving my money back. Huge let down, will never purchase again!!

Absolute Garbage.

Absolute Garbage.

I tried this. Was fun at first, and then my "magic ring" or whatever broke. So, I tried to fix that too. Failed day after day and other adults even failed to help me. With all due respect, if you're going to make tutorials and say that they are easy, then actually make them easy. Not saying that this is how everyone's experience will go, but at the end of the day, the point of a review is your experience. Mine was awful.

Cannot access pattern, abysmal customer service…

My mother is a long time customer thanks to my niece absolutely loving these kits. She purchased a $300+ donut kit earlier in 2025 to hold onto for Christmas. My niece was able to access most patterns, but one of them (a Mang donut) popped up saying that the password had already been used. I have subsequently been in a (kind of) back/forth text with “customer service” (a dang bot, from what I can tell), trying to get her access to this pattern. We sent a photo of the entire kit box plus the password card—not enough. We sent the number on the box, the phone number connected to the order, the order number itself—apparently not enough. When asked which patterns we need, I said “all of them” because my niece is at her grandmas and I won’t be bothering her for specifics, we own the kit and should have access to the patterns. The chat went silent and has been so for 20 minutes. I tried to simplify for them and asked just for the Mang, since going into my mother’s account and trying to access the patterns that way also blocked us with “password has already been used.” We have spent so much time on this, and still do not have access to the pattern. I am frustrated for my niece, and for my mother who will very likely stop buying Woobles thanks to this experience. I also work in retail and manage product stocking, Woobles are something we carry—I will absolutely be rethinking this going forward. A simple apology and easy help would go a long way.

Non delivery of gift card

I ordered a gift card in November. Never received it. Took 5 days for a response from the company. I had already cancelled the order since it was supposed to be instant delivery. I finally got one on the fifth day, so I told the credit card company to let the charge go through. Now I hear from Woobles the gift card has been deactivated. i now have no gift card and no $100.00

Not Shipping Old Orders to Favor New Orders

I have, embarrassingly, spent thousands of dollars buying Woobles products since 2020. I will never purchase from them again. I placed a large and expensive order on 12/1 and my order still hasn’t shipped. I can’t get an answer from customer service when it will ship. I ordered long before Woobles announced their cut off date of 12/9 for orders to be delivered by 12/24. Since 12/9, Woobles has continued to send emails and texts about “quick ship” bundles that will arrive by 12/24. They are only concerned about new orders and not fulfilling all of the old orders they have from loyal customers. They are admittedly understaffed, but as they say in their job descriptions, they intend to keep it that way. They want your money and no longer want to provide a good service. If they did, they would spend money to staff appropriately instead of hoarding the profits.

No show $275 order of Christmas gifts…

Ordered $275 worth of Christmas gifts on December 3. They still have not shipped and it’s December 18. They print out a shipping label and say it is coming but it hasn’t shipped. Their customer service contact is only via email or text and both methods take 3 plus days to respond. They will not ship out the order, they will not give a time frame as to when it will mail, and will not refund the order. However, daily I get email from them advertising quick ship items to arrive before Christmas. This company does not care about the customer. They only seem to care about taking your money. I’ll have disappointed kids at Christmas and I’ll tell you straight up I will NEVER purchase another item from Woobles. I will tell everyone I meet how awful they are (and I know I’m not the only one to have this experience). I hope that karma catches up with them.

10 business days without order update or contact

They sent me an incomplete order

They sent me an incomplete order. I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week to no avail. I don’t even want the missing items , I simply want a refund. That was my first order and it looks like it will be my last. I have emailed and text multiple times. Nothing. Horrible customer service.

No delivery, no response.

I ordered from this website 3 weeks ago.

I got an email to say the order was dispatched 2 weeks ago, but the tracking hasn’t updated and it says the courier hasn’t received the order yet.

Their customer service sucks, I emailed them one week ago… still no response even though the auto reply says 48 hours.

Don’t recommend ordering from their website.

Wish I could review the product.., but it’s not here.

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could! The amount of emails on a DAILY basis is insane! Yes, they taught mama how to crochet, but your business image has suffered due to the consistent email communications that is overkill at best.
I’d unsubscribe but at this point it’s comical to count the 12 emails on Black Friday! 12!!!!

Great Product, Horrible Customer Service

I love the product and the step by step instructions. Their custom service sucks. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 days. I've emailed, texted and tried to chat. If you order from them you better hope you don't need any assistance.

Super expensive, bad customer service, can't deliver timely.

Its 8PM on 10/27 and I still don't have my Halloween order that was placed in July. I've asked several times for a refund and they totally blew off any rational response. After I paid them, I saw a message that shipping wasn't going to occur until 10/15...but here we are on 10/27 and this gift won't be here until after Halloween... when it really doesn't matter.

I do plan to return the product, will never do business with them again.

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THE WOOBLES!

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THE WOOBLES! I have made so many of them and I picked it up SOOOO easy and quick because there videos are super clear and easy to understand. They have the cutest animals and every single one turns out amazing!

They charged me for a "free" tin and have completely ignored me since then. I dont want anything from them and I want a refund but no one will contact me. I will never buy anything from them ever again.

Communication Lacking

Received an order confirmation but no tracking link or shipping confirmation despite their website stating:

How do I track my order?
Once your package is on its way, look out for an email with the subject "We're wooblin' on your order" that includes your tracking number. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you don't see this email in your inbox.

Didn't receive any of this, nor did I receive a proper receipt, just a confirmation of order. Not having any tracking information, after 2 weeks I had to jump through their chatbot hoops to check on my order status at which point they provided tracking information, so that did work. Package had been delivered, but to a safe place, so hadn't looked for it! Located now, so happy to have it but as it's a gift can't comment on the product / experience itself.

Fun and easy way to learn to crochet

Surprised at all the negative reviews! My experience with the Woobles has been great. I am totally new to crocheting and think the videos and instructions are very clear. I have purchased several kits and received them in a timely manner (yes, they use US postal service, so delivery is going to be a little bit slower). I had a problem with a code not working for the videos, reached out and received a helpful reply on the same day. I think their patterns are really cute and fun to make. If you want to learn to crochet, I highly recommend the Woobles!
