My 2nd bundle has arrived , first one was the chicken bundle so trying the mixed one this time and both are amazing value , well packed , fast delivery and taste fantastic too
Definitely buying them direct is a more sustainable money saver and more availability for newer products

Dreadful, ordered our box in early April, it's now mid may and still not arrived. Apparently they have tried to deliver 5 times but utterly no evidence of that. Really not good

My delivery was 4 days in transit no fault of Heck. When I rang they dealt with the situation amazing. 100% customer service.

Delivery didn't arrive when expected and when it did the following day, the ice packs were completely defrosted and everything smelled badly of warm meat. Heck immediately offered to replace the order, but unfortunately then failed to send replacement! Obviously the poor delivery was not their fault (although the lack of a replacement was), but I was offered a full and immediate refund, so customer service is very good. Can't comment on taste as didnt want to chance lukewarm meat (especially chicken), but the breakfast box is certainly good value if you are a Heck fan.

I always like what I order it’s a good quality and tastes nice the only little issue I had was the feta sausages were split slightly, the packaging, not the film lid , exposing the sausages like it had split

found several green bits of plastic, caused vomiting. Be careful not to feed to the vulnerable or young children.

Gorgeous sausages - not always available at my local supermarket - but when they are I'll definitely buy again.

I’ve eaten plenty of different sausages in my 83 years, including HECK, but for the first time in my life I threw these sausages away, they were absolutely tasteless, lacking in any taste of seasoning. Wouldn’t ever buy them again!

Order did not arrive when expected on 2.4.26, contacted Heck who advised must have gone missing with courier and could send out another order for delivery on 8.4.26 or refund - opted for another delivery then received email requesting confirmation of delivery of order! - poor service! Love the products but this fiasco will make me think twice about further orders!

We were really excited when we opened the door to see our first HECK delivery and thinking of what meals we would be planning.
The produce is good quality and a fair value considering what you get.
We look forward to continuing our subscriptionwith great support from the HECK team and the delivery service.

After cooking for the recommended time the burgers lost about 40% of their size, taste is nothing to write home about but the amount of fat that these burgers is terrible.

Love the range of sausages, burgers and mince, low fat and good quality.
