Because of the extreme heat at the time of expected delivery I had a lovely email from Joe explaining why the delivery couldn’t go ahead the same thing the following week with a refund of money paid I have now re ordered for next week. I have a lot of food intolerances and can only eat beef and fish. Heck do not put aliums or garlic in their delicious beef sausage and beef meatballs so I don’t have to go without.A big thank you to Heck

Great products, speedy delivery and fantastic quality.
First time we have used Heck and will definitely be using again - good tasty burgers. Looking forward to trying the sausage rashers.

I bought three types of burgers each flavour was nice, good texture, quality meals

Ordered as I have been unable to get the chicken sausage rashers in the supermarket by me.
Chicken sausage rashers cooked quickly and taste delicious, both flavours.
Burgers got minted lamb and steak and butter, both cooked well, very moist and tasty.
Can not wait to try the meatballs. Ordering was easy and delivery was smooth, ice bags still frozen and food cold.
A nice touch, received a free Heck cook book, will be trying some of the recipes.
Will order direct again.

Easy to navigate website…straightforward to order and kept up to date on delivery. Will definitely order again!

Ordered on Saturday for the following week.
Delivery was delayed for 3days and wasn't refrigerated van so when I received delivery it was warm. No way could those burgers be eaten, they would have made someone seriously ill.
Rang customer service to be told they had many complaints due to the weather and weren't sending any more orders out. Git a full refund but had to find somewhere else to buy burgers from.
Wouldnt use again.

The communication with customer service was second to none, and the products when they finally arrived were fortunately ok ,
Want to order again but very wary of the couriers used , I think they take too much on (the couriers) .👎

What an amazing company. We have enjoyed Heck! products for years, starting off with Debbie & Andrew’s sausages and then on to Heck! And ordered a selection of products not usually seen in our supermarket from Heck HQ. Customer service was fantastic after a delivery mix up - entirely DHL’s fault - and are working our way through steak and butter burgers, chicken, feta and red pepper sausages, sausage rashers etc. All products are top quality, lean protein and their cookery book gives many great ideas and recipes using these ingredients. Everything arrived in tiptop condition, in an insulated box with ice packs - I will definitely order again, and soon. Ideal for bbq weather, some really interesting and innovative products- thanks, Heck!

Horrible horrible “sausages”.
I thought that it was me, until my wife said that hers had gone into the kitchen bin- where mine also, quickly followed .
Definitely, one to lose off the list.

Definitely buying them direct is a more sustainable money saver and more availability for newer products
