Great website & amazing product selection

Great website. I buy cigars for a friend and I have no idea what I’m looking at. But the Havana website is so comprehensive I’m always confident my friend will enjoy the product. And he does :) Super fast delivery. Fantastic customer service xx

Excellent customer service.

My order was taking longer than expected but within minutes if being made aware of the delay they contacted Royal Mail and the cigars were delivered the folliwing day. Havana kept me updated on the action taken. The customer service was excellent and the speed they resolved the problem was impressive. I would definately buy from them again.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. I relied in them quite a bit and they were very helpful. They also had a cigar that had been impossible for me to buy in a cigar shop for over 12 months.
