Awesome Easy straight forward process to buy insurance from this company, been with them for past year 2025, i did renew the policy succesfuly for another year with same.company, overall 9 out of 10 affordable prices. all depends of if you are a good driver with no claims and no accidents or bad driving behaviour.

Using the messaging app nobody looks at these messages and you get an automated reply. What is not close to the answer AI has lots of mistakes. Tried to call the company. Nothing.

Horrible I wouldn't recommend this insurance, also they track you when you don't even have the insurance bought yet, without your permission. Avoid!

I've used Hastings Direct in the past…
I've used Hastings Direct in the past and always found them easy and straightforward to deal with. Made a mistake of using Aviva ,had a automatic renewal with them ,I was sent new policy through the post. 2 moths later had a letter from DVLA saying my car was uninsured. Do not use Aviva insurance. Use one you can trust,for me its Hastings Direct from now on

The company was easy to contact and what with the app easy to comunicate with although i did have some difficulty communicating with the lady at the call centr who had a strong African,West indian accent.I do apologise if i sounded curt and frustrated at the beginning of our conversation. She sorted my Insurance policy difficulties in the end and was very professional.
