Very poor experience
Decided not to proceed with cover after finding a better quote plus as a 75 year old with a clean licence discovering the level of monitoring I would be subjected to for 30 days. They've done nothing but be obstructive regarding my refund, to the point where they say they've issued a cheque for it which by the time I receive it & pay it into my account they'll have had my money for a month, apart from which they're withholding £20 for admin charges even though the policy never actually started. Quite probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with!
