We booked Afternoon Tea at The Georgian Restaurant in Harrods as a birthday treat. The staff were so welcoming, shown to our table, beautifully presented afternoon tea with scones, pastries,sandwiches and plentiful.
Piano playing in the background added to the ambience, fantastic setting and overall a fabulous day. Also no one rushed us to leave. Highly recommend Best Afternoon tea.

Highly recommend a trip to the Laura Mercier counter at Harrods. The staff in particular Margherita are so helpful and make you up beautifully, none of this half your face nonsense that other counters offer, full face so you look beautiful for the rest of your day!

At the Guerlain counter, I was served by a very lovely and helpful employee called Mina. Mina was very friendly and quick to approach, she was attentive and offered excellent advice, helping me decide on a lipstick. I'm very glad she encouraged me to try the shade on and see how it looked, it made me feel confident in my purchase and it also makes shopping feel like more of an experience. I'd come in to shop feeling a bit down after a long day, but came out feeling recharged and happy again with the perfect lipstick shaped pick me up and a stunning case to go with it! Next time I want to treat myself to some nice makeup, I know where I'll be coming back to :)

I had such an incredible experience shopping for perfume at Tom Ford, all thanks to Chris. I hadn’t planned on buying a fragrance at all, but his knowledge, passion, and genuine interest completely changed my mind.
He took the time to understand me as a person and how I wanted to feel when wearing a fragrance, rather than just trying to sell me something. His recommendations were so thoughtful and personal that I left with a perfume I absolutely love.
Chris is an absolute credit to Tom Ford—friendly, professional, and exceptional at what he does. If you’re looking for a luxury shopping experience that feels truly personal, I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I was in the H beauty in silverburn a couple of weeks ago looking for a gift for my partner. A lovely lady called Jacqui helped me with a fragrance for him. Overcharged !!!!! 4 emails later to and from Avani, who has lied now gone back on their word and confirmed my issues but still refusing to understand the simple situation and not return the money I have been overcharged for.
Absolutely beyond comprehension of the appalling, frustrating, lack of understanding and basic intelligence required to work in customer service.
To reiterate I have had to return emails 4 times - over multiple days - before this review being a last resort!
Ps I am still out of pocket. Nice work - Harrods. You clearly give very little regard to your customers post purchase!!!

The fragrance knowledge of Joseph who served me was simply amazing, I described one note I was looking for and he was able to show me many fragrances and I found one I was really pleased to find. Not rushed, everything explained and rarely these days do you find someone who loves their job as much as ha does. I can thoroughly recommend spending time with him to find your perfect fragrance. Customer service was second to none!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Harrods online.
I purchased a gift for a friend who is due to leave the hospital soon. I paid in full and provided my complete address and contact details clearly to ensure there would be no delivery issues. Before delivery, I even contacted DPD and specifically requested that the driver call me before arriving so that the parcel would not be misplaced.
Despite taking these precautions, the DPD driver delivered my parcel to a completely different location, far from my address, and never attempted to contact me. The parcel was handed to an unknown individual who was not the intended recipient.
I immediately contacted both DPD and Harrods to report the issue. Rather than offering a prompt solution, I was informed that I would have to wait for an investigation before a refund or replacement could be considered. While I understand that procedures must be followed, this leaves me without the item I paid for and, more importantly, means my friend may leave the hospital without receiving the gift I carefully ordered for them.
This has been a deeply upsetting and frustrating experience. Customers who pay premium prices expect their orders to be delivered to the correct address, basic verification to be carried out before a parcel is handed over, and timely support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met in my case.
Harrods should take greater responsibility for the delivery services it uses and ensure that customers are not left bearing the consequences of serious delivery failures. I hope this review encourages improvements so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

Bought a pink teddy bear bag charm at Harrods in Terminal 3 Heathrow and after having it on my bag for less than two weeks one of the legs came off. Frustratingly wasn't given a receipt by the store and therefore unable to do anything about it but really disappointing as poor quality product that I would not associate with Harrods and will certainly put me off buying another bag charm from them.

Ordered an item, allegedly delivered to my neighbour “Emma” at number 32 although she was at work and not the name the driver said he left it with. No sign of parcel and when I asked my neighbour she advised that she was not at home, therefore parcel wasn’t delivered to her. Contacted Harrods customer services, who advised they would look into this, eventually came back to tell me it had been delivered to the said neighbour. Advised customer service it hadn’t as she was not at home. Harrods looking into it, but still heard nothing. Frustrated to say the least as I asked for the parcel to be deliver to my daughter 4 doors away who was in.
