This company is an absolute mess, they used to be really good before they got more popular. CEO is super unprofessional and the quality of the jewlery is absolutely not worth the price - all of the pictures on their website are misleading and typically are ONLY of the sterling silver pieces -meaning if you buy a stainless steel piece, it will have horrible detail and basically look like a blob (the septums specifically are an example of this). The customer service is beyond insanely bad. I literally dont know how theyre still in buisness. They take days to respond to genuine issues (such as broken or missing items) and when they do respond its a short unhelpful answer. Stay away from this company and save your money- there are better stores that wont steal your money and gaslight you.

Buyers beware!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!!! 1. Ordered for Black Friday and received the order after Christmas and my butterfly earring broke within a week and emailed a bunch of times with no response! 2. our 2nd was shipped to the wrong address and talk to USPS and they said to contact Hard jewelry and of course no response to those emails either and there is no phone number to call! They are gonna lose SO many customers with that kind of service! They need to respond to emails or put up a customer service phone number to actually speak to someone!

Ordered on November 30 and it didn’t ship until 1/10.
Beyond ridiculous. Still haven’t received it either.

Ordered product before Christmas. As of today still have not received. Return emails are a joke from this company. I assume they are a sell buy company. Meaning they have no product but order it once you have purchased from them. They could not possibly have inventory and take this long to ship. Many excuses from them. I plan to file a complaint with the state of Utah.

I placed a pretty expensive order on December 4, 2023. I have yet to receive it. I have followed up and only get a “form” response to my email.

So, I ordered a necklace for my daughter before Christmas. Today is January 13 and it still has not even shipped. I knew that I had ordered it too late to get it in time for Christmas, but this is RIDICULOUS. Today is Saturday and my email says that on Thursday, January 11, the label was created but that USPS still does not even have the item. I know that places will often print the label and wait a while before handing it to usps, but they didn’t even do that. They made NO MOTION toward mailing this until January 11z

I would avoid. Sellers need to realize that it’s not only about the product, but customer service as well. And waiting almost a month for something to not even have shipped is bad business. Heed my warning!

I will begin by saying I messed up regarding the shipping. But when they say 15 to 21 business days they mean 15 to 21 business days. I got something for my grandson who lives an hour and a half away from Ogden Utah where hard jewelry is located. Ordered it on December 9. It was just received today January 12. Yes there was a holiday but what a joke. Also, they say free goodies in My grandson❤️’s package they put in a zip tie type ring sizer are you kidding me wow. They communicate, but all they do is give you words.

I placed an order on November 28, understanding that it may arrive a few days after Christmas. After requesting a refund twice they decided to ship my items. It is now January 9 and may be at least another week before it arrives. They never responded to my emails. I will be contacting my credit credit card company. Just another poorly run small business.
Update; I received my order on 1/13 and they did offer to provide me a shipping label and refund. The products received were nice and after all of this, I didn't really want to go through the refund process.

I ordered my friend a necklace with pendant on 12/1 and it just now shipped on 01/05 (Arrived 01/13.) This is after repeated emails and suggestion to cancel by the company. They offered so many excuses and today I let them know i’ll be writing a review and i’m not cancelling the order, they finally shipped it, but blocked my acct. Beware of this awful customer service that blocks you, to avoid an accurate and balanced report of the company.

I spent over 175$ on a singular necklace from HJ and although the necklace was nice, the shipping was HORRENDOUS!!!! i ordered this piece during the black friday sale in mid/late november, and was assured that my package would arrive before christmas, low and behold, it hadn’t even SHIPPED by christmas. i got my necklace two months later. i am very disappointed. false advertising, very disappointed.

Ordered jewelry for our nephew in November and I feel like we’ve been scammed. The bracelet never came, we had a very unhappy boy who didn’t get what he asked for on Christmas morning and it just goes to show you how evil companies like this are. Hard jewelry is 100% a scam we’ll be contacting our credit card company to report the charge from these people as theft. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I spent a lot of money on jewelry for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it November 24, and it still has not been delivered to USPS for shipping. I asked the company to cancel the order. The email response said they “could not” do that but I should return it when I receive it. Their return policy was either created by a toddler or intended to prevent returns, as it requires a handwritten note. I do not trust that I would ever see the refund. I will not buy from this company again.

I ordered a ring as a Christmas present. Free shipping was supposed to ship out within 5-7 business days. It's now been 20 business days (no, I didn't include Christmas) and according to USPS, the item hasn't yet even been shipped because even though a tracking number was FINALLY created, the manufacturer hasn't yet given USPS the item to ship. I doubt this'll even arrive before the gift recipient has to go back to college in another state. Customer service has been completely unhelpful and also gave me a different estimate for shipping than what is posted to their website. They didn't respond when I pointed that out, nor did they respond to my query about why USPS hasn't received the item to ship (7 days after they created the shipping label). I will NEVER buy from this untrustworthy company again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Lied to everyone about shipping until after their big sale, and is NOT responsive at all. Then they had the AUDACITY to post on their story that they prioritize bigger orders?? I don’t even think i’m gonna get my order- it’s still in “utah” waiting to be sent to ups and has been for 25+ days. I’m so disappointed. especially since I don’t have a lot of money to spend for presents. I still decided to get hard jewelry for my girlfriend for christmas because i thought the heart pendant would be a cool gift for her. They told EVERYONE multiple times we would get our orders on time BEFORE christmas. now her main present isn’t here and i feel ripped off and like this place is a literal scam. do better hard jewelry because im never ordering from you again unless you rectify this.

literally said my package would be shipped to my house in 15-21 days. it’s been 28. he posted on his story saying if you got standard shipping he PRIORITIZES his customers, whoever orders the most will be shipped out first, and whoever ordered the least will be shipped out last. that’s not how u treat your customers! not only that but my friend ordered something 3 days after i did and he got his stuff like 3 days later with standard shipping. it’s actually crazy!! no one is helping me, the customer service is a joke. he said everyone who ordered on black friday, their package would come on time for christmas. im really sad because i’ve been such a huge hard jewelry fan for the longest time, always purchasing stuff. it makes me sad that ive been having this experience

Don’t expect to receive your purchase in time for any occasion.
Order 1 1/2 months before Christmas? Maybe you’ll see it some time the following year. Order a month before your kid’s birthday? Happy birthday kid, I’ve got nothing for you.

They don’t tell you till months later that they only ship a few times a year. They are too busy spamming your email trying to justify not having supply in. Then if you try and get refunded or talk with someone they will just ignore you. This is a poorly managed scam of a company. Buy elsewhere.

Worst shipping possible you will be waiting actual months. Can't even ship me a package within north America when other companies ship them overseas in days.
