Terrible brand, unprofessional, do not buy.

Placed an order for their ‘armoured claw’ on the 19th of January and never received it. Originally, the shipping on their website said ‘4-8 weeks’ but after a couple months, I received nothing. I check their website again and saw that the shipping time changed to ‘8-12 weeks’, so I thought ‘okay, I’ll wait a little longer’. I waited until MAY and still hadn’t received anything.

So, I emailed them on the 24th of May; in which I told them that I hadn’t gotten anything regarding my order apart from the initial confirmation and it had been well over the shipping time on the website. I said I wasn’t looking forward to the order anymore and asked for a refund.

They got back to me 2 days later on the 26th, saying that they check with their warehouse and that my order was in the last stage of production and should be ready in 2 weeks, shipping in the first or second week of June with a tracking number. After that, i decided to wait a little bit longer.

First week of June comes, nothing. Second week of June comes, nothing. I wait until mid-July and still nothing, and at this point, i’m getting a little worried and upset.

I email again on the 17th of July, saying that it’s been over a month since it was supposed to be shipped out and that I’d still received nothing. I asked what was going on with my order and left it there.

A week passed and I got no reply from them, so at this point, I was tired of this. I opened a dispute with my bank on the 23rd, and it got accepted the same day. but the day after on the 24th, they have the audacity to finally reply.

Their reply was this:
‘Hey there,

To proceed with the cancellation of your order, we kindly ask that you cancel the chargeback filed with your payment provider. Once the chargeback is withdrawn, we will be able to finalize the cancellation on our end.

If you need assistance with this process or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your cooperation.

At this point, I was already done with this mess. Project COMTE is an extremely unprofessional, scummy brand. avoid buying from them at all costs.

It’s week 20 out of the 10-12 week window

Product arrived 5 weeks LATE and I’m still waiting on half my order! Took 18 weeks in total but for the rest of my order were about 19 and 1/2. Not only did it come late as HELL but it doesn’t even work, bought a watch and the clasp is all chewed up, box is too, and it’s missing a microfiber cloth. The bracelet I bought came broken. And the ring I ordered still hasn’t arrived. Spent 20 bucks shy of 400$ for them to treat me like shit, not once did they offer any compensation after asking for it directly, only when the bracelet (after the watch) arrived broken did they offer me a replacement which would take another 20 weeks probably. Had to dispute with my bank DO NOT BUY HERE (also the watch looks like shit, face is way too tiny and it’s design is wayyy too big you can’t see anything)

Would have given a 0 star if it would have allowed me to. This guy is a straight douche bag I should have known by just looking at how he acts and looks . But thats besides the point. I have reached out about my order several times now and just get the same old order is being processed bs. I dont know how he is getting away with this trash ass service. I placed my order November 22nd and still no shipment.

Horrible service horrible product

boyfriend ordered a necklace and waited like a day before the “12 week shipping” deadline and messaged the dude and he legit said “it’s not even 12 weeks yet” 😭🙏 like what? anyways in total he ended up having to wait 4 MONTHS to receive ts and it wasn’t even worth the wait because one of the pendants for the necklace doesn’t even fit on correctly. Avoid this dumpster fire of a business

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a ring that remained stuck in Canada Post for 2 months, and then sent back to seller. Tried contacting their Sup email, followed up twice and only received a reply 1 month later saying it should arrive and to check with local carriers, which i did, and resulted in a pointless egg hunt. E-mailed twice more now and still no response nor help to fix the fact that I spent 150$ on an item that was returned to them after 4 months.

I wish i did a background check

I think its pretty safe to say this site is a scam. Ive ordered my stuff in august and i havent recieved any news ever since. The guy that runs this brand says hes been shipping the orders since like a week but i refuse to belive that hes telling the truth atp.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Scam AND the worst customer service I've had the displeasure of experiencing.

Oh boy where do I start with this jewelry "brand".
These scam artists have built up an insane fanbase however its all a facade. They DELETE comments that are genuine questions about the whereabouts of their own customers orders on instagram. Theyre constantly making new posts about bullshit drops but have not once acknowledged the complaints customers have with them. A lot of the comments have been the same that other reviews say on trustpilot- they take fuggin ages outside of the specified timeline. I was told my order would take 8-12 weeks to be sent out to me which is fuggin insane but I waited. Radio silence. I had reached out to them at the 12 week mark via email asking where my order is. No response to my email. I had to send the guy a message on INSTAGRAM, only for him to gaslight me and tell me that "12 weeks is next week" (i messaged the saturday before it was due, the order was due to be sent out the monday after).
This set off alarm bells in my head and made it EXTREMELY clear that this guy does not give a single fug about accountability and will put the blame on anyone but himself. At this point I was getting ready to process a refund through paypal. I am so glad I went through paypal.
I message the guy again in november about where my order is. He proceeds to tell me that its only been a week and a half since 12 weeks took place and proceeded to complain about the production and that hes already sent out 1000 orders and that ill get an update to my email once the order is with the courier. AGAIN WITH THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER 12 WEEKS, THE ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT OUT BY NOW. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS, ITS NOT LIKE THIS SHIT IS OUT OF YOUR CONTROL SINCE YOURE LITERALLY CREATING THESE THINGS. Unless of course you see all the claims of people saying that hes drop shipping, which i would agree with at this point but thats besides the point.
This conversation happened on the 11th of november. I had already placed a claim for refund with paypal at this point because I was sick and tired of waiting around pointlessly for something that I didnt even want anymore.
When i initially advised them that Ill be needing a refund - these guys only allow refunds within the FIRST 24 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED!!!! THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY REFUNDS AFTERWARDS REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG ITS BEEN SINCE YOU PLACED THE ORDER.
22nd Nov 2025 I had to escalate the claim I had made with paypal for these con artists because I needed my money back and im certain the order would have not arrived in time contrary to the gaslighting the business owner was trying to do with me through DMs.

Great jewellery, interesting service

Honestly, i bought a pookah bracelet for like 80 i think, it took ages to come, i thought i got scammed, so i messaged him a couple times and they got back to me with some response, i forgot, but then it came and it looks so cool, like, exactly what i imagined and its such a great stand out piece, it is starting to rust tho, which idk if that means its poorer quality steel or if i got so much wear lol. I then won a free ring, the mary one, and it took even longer to ship which stressed me out, but then it came and its also amazing, a little big on me but it looks amazing, honestly if it shipped on time id give it 5 stars for the price, but because of the shipping and nonchalant service i have to dock it to 4 stars. Great quality stuff tho, but id recommend buying with paypal if anything goes wrong

6 month wait for nothing but disappointment.

Waited 6 months on my order and it never showed up. Contacted seller after I received a shipping notification that showed no movement/scan for two weeks, and was told that it was "on FedEx to pick up my package after the label was created" which is just patently false. Seller is too lazy to simply take his packages to a FedEx store or Drop Box, and would prefer you to just sit and wait. Opened a PayPal claim as the seller refuses to refund me on a $700 order that I haven't received.

Consider this store a scam. Small business or not, 6 months is an insane wait when you quote a MAXIMUM of 12 weeks (3 months). Also to note, there was 0 communication of delays whatsoever. Horrible experience, unprofessional owners/staff.

Would not recommend!

They have bad service and do not reply to cancel e-mails within the first 24h of order (although they say you can only cancel your order within that time frame) - they take 2 Months+ to ship and my request for the return of an item never got a response.

MADE IN CHINA

Why does my order have a made in china sticker on it? The owner advertises the pieces as all handmade how is this not false advertising??

Explains why it took so long to be delivered and why the welding and fixtures look so rushed and cheap. So annoyed with myself that I fell for this scam 🙁

I ordered a bracelet from then in July and arrived in august so around the 8-12 week mark that they said it would take the bracelet it self looks like the picture and had a good weight to it and doesn't feel cheap l, I'll probably buy their new roller braclet next, will do another review about if its just as good

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

Straight up a scam in people’s faces with fake comments, a complete botted account, I found a girl complaining in his comments and I replied that I was dealing with the same thing and he deleted our comments. I feel so dumb I didn’t do a back ground check first. As cool as the pieces look there’s brands like Rare romance, Vitaly, hard jewelry with crazy fast shipping and quality items don’t buy from these scums lol

Took over 6 months to send out one of three items that were all only supposed to take 3 months. Then, sent the wrong item in another shipment. Don’t buy from them as customer support gets you no where and they will not give meaningful updates to you.

ORDERED 247 DAYS AGO STILL WAITING 🙄

Ordered 30 Nov 2024 and still haven't got my damn package.

The problem with Project Comte isn't just having to deal with not getting ur order, I've ordered from this brand multiple times n every time something has been up.

- Bracelet clasp broken on arrival, had to return out of pocket paying international shipping to get a refund.

- Wasted my time buying something as a gift for someone when it was going to be 2 months late. I had to figure that out, they didn't even tell me.

- Even $200 items aren't safe mine have weird marks and imperfections like tf u playin me for...

The dude who owns the brand: it's clear bro only cares about the money, It's such a shame. He markets the pieces as handmade well... why are u still waiting for the "stock shipment" to come in for my order then 🥱

blah blah blah emails back and forth you'll get it soon, we're so sorry... yeah u sorry that u only care about the money they don't give a **** 😂
