I gave it 5 stars because I think yall deserve it but I just have a few words about the bangle bracelet. The shape. I probably could’ve gotten a bigger size, but the sides are tight while the top of it has a lot of space left. It’s just a weird shape. Other than that, the pieces are amazing, they don’t feel cheap, and the detail is really cool.

im still waiting on my piece to come in and the support hasnt been very much help, they said to give it a few more days but tracking hasnt updated in 6 days, i really really want to support hard jewelry and this is my first experience buying and its not going the best, even with that being said soft jewelry will never win, i just hope to have something change with my current order situation

Honestly it was amazing, my only thing was that I was hoping the Taurus pendant could stay open as in the small opening that shows the gem, I kind of assumed i could open it any time and wear the necklace like that but it kinda shuts if I try to leave the belly open

I got my package pretty quickly and my fiance and I love the rings! We're wearing each other's birthstones. We've been wearing them for the past week and have gotten plenty of compliments. Their durability is great so far despite my clumsiness and I've only taken it off a few times. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

What Elliott Gray said is true but to get that fixed you have to email their support… istg yall don’t know how to communicate with people. When I got mine and realized my discount code for getting a ring sizer never was sent I emailed them and 1-3 days later they sent me a new code and I copped a few rings then!

What phantom said is true too but look at it this way during promotions and drops they literally are jammed packed! Also ofc any business would prioritize $100+ orders over $30ish or so! That’s why you either get a ton of things, get priority shipping or wait and if you’re worried EMAIL SUPPORT! (Found on their site!)

Overall my experience with them other than misplacing a order that got shipped elsewhere and didn’t get the h8 ball I auctioned on and didn’t get my return on a .925 chain that broke everything is good with them! Support is friendly and usually only takes 1-3 days unless it’s around drops/sales, I have spent around $3,000 on their stuff and plan on getting more from them! (Once I pay off my $1,200ish installment plan lol)

I dont enjoy their use of foul language. Its extremely unprofessional, and honestly, embarrassing. He seems like a guy who never really mentally aged past 16. And its really weird, they give out free ring sizers (which i do appreciate, so thanks for that) and a coupon code. Well, the code only lasts like I think 3 days? Maybe a week? Not long. And the sizers come in wayyy after that! How am I meant to purchase, when I cant even verify my size yet! Its just overall pretty shady, I've read some of these other reviews! If you look at their website reviews they say "five stars" like they filter out the honest ones! And no way to review in Google either! Luckily trustpilot exists! I guess ill give 2 stars, just because the sizer did come in

I ordered some jewelry from them and fell in love. The design and fit are perfect, and the quality is great as well. If I had to nitpick, I’d say I ordered in mid-March and the product arrived in mid-April, which felt like a lifetime to me. But it did arrive, and that’s what matters. I still think they’re great, and I’m planning to buy more pieces from the next drop.

basically my boyfriend and I ordered promise rings through the 1 million sale thing and about a week later my boyfriend emailed support to get his ring size changed because the order had zero details on it yet and it hadn’t been shipped at all so they changed the size and stated that it would all be together they never said that our rings would come separate. Well our order arrived in his ring is completely missing and there are still zero order details on said ring. we ordered our stuff 17 days ago and I seen somebody say that they’ve been waiting three weeks for a singular item and I really just think that that’s ridiculous. Not to mention the order came with a $10 gift card that expires in three days and there is nothing good that you can get with shipping that will be under $10 so I really feel like that’s just pointless. I love their jewelry but their customer support takes forever to respond and I guess it’s just too much to change a ring size so.

Order a pendant during their recent promotion and three weeks later no progress was made. Hard jewelry only focus on shipping order that are 100+ dollars due to them fearing they’ll cancel and let the small orders wait and wait, till they refund. Don’t buy unless you want to wait for weeks, and sometime months.

I got a pendant to match my husband's, who got his from HJ years ago, and as a college student, I found it extremely affordable. The quality is fantastic as well. Shipping time was expected, so no complaints there. I received a couple of fun freebies, including an 8-year anniversary poster and some sick ass stickers. Great experience and will definitely be ordering from them again!!!

Took about 3 week for my package to arrive, which is fairly fast considering this was during the 8 year anniversary, so there was probably a ton of orders being packaged and shipped at the same time. Quality is good, I got 4 rings and they all fit me, although the sizing is slightly inconsistent between some rings.

I’ve ordered from HJ three times now and this is the first time I have experienced an issue. Customer service pointed out the issue with my order, responded to my email quickly, and refunded the part of my order that was messed up within less than 30 minutes of reaching out. Their pieces are good quality for stainless steel and well detailed for the size. I’ve been wearing a septum ring from them for well over 6 months now and it still looks as good as the day it arrived. The freebies are cute, and the shipping is okay (can take a while at times but timing is likely up to USPS). All in all worth the money for beautiful uniquely designed jewelry & great customer service!!
