Nearly a month after placing order, no reply from customer service, no update. Eventually got a reply saying I never made the order. I went and screenshot my order details as well as my PayPal proof of payment. No reply after multiple emails. I suspect they were just trying to ignore me so I would go away. Ironically I received an email from them asking how they did with my order and if I was satisfied with them. I replied and heard nothing back either.
Eventually I went through PayPal investigations process to get my money back. They very quickly replied saying they found my payment details.
This is 1 full week after my first email. But no offer of discount or anything which is usual but not expected.

They have yet to send any update or shipping info and it's been a week again since they said they'd send it.

A 2 months ago I made an order on the site Received a parcel 1 month ago . Terribly disappointed. The bottle of liquor was broken and everything inside was covered in liquor - salami, speck, pillow. I didn t expect this from an Austrian company. I think that when sending the bottle it was possible to use special packaging.
I reported this to the site, attaching photos of damaged goods. I received a letter in response - "Of course we will credit them for the broken bottle and apologise very much for the inconvenience."
And that's it, nothing more.
And one more small detail - Already after the letter was sent, I paid attention to the expiration date of the salami - it expired 2 days after receiving the parcel.
Yes, the site looks very comfortable and attractive, besides - it is generally accepted that "Made in Austria" is a quality mark. It turns out that it is not. I do not recommend ordering from this site.

DANGER DANGER Do not order anything from this shop. They will take your money but you will NOT receive your goods. They are a sham company.

Rude, arrogant, uncooperative and insolent. Last order I received expiring goods (but full price). We flagged this to get ridicule only and no offer of discounts / refunds. This time we ordered and paid for short-term fresh products. The courier was told wrong address and city, even though it was not my first order. Same story: rudeness, insolence, no will to fix it and my order hanging around for two weeks. I will never buy from them again. Rather I go to Tyrol walking

I placed my first order with H+H Shop for a Teerenpeli Finnish Whisky I could not get in the UK. I found H+H Shop on the internet and they had it. The web site is very easy to use and has an English language version on it which was very helpful. I placed the order and was informed at all stages from ordering, dispatch and a tracking code, so I could trace all the way. Quickly sent, delivered and very well packaged. So happy I found a good, reliable seller in Europe. As since Brexit hard to find companies that deliver to the United Kingdom and has products I can not get here.
