Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Fast replay. Very helpful and when I did order a very old bottle of wine by mistake it was only an email away to return it and my money back.

No wine, no response
Order number 71045
I ordered some wine as a gift for my husband’s birthday. I got an email on 29th confirming my tracking details which I was pleased with as the delivery date was 10/11. The tracking didn’t work and I was told it hadn’t been shipped and would arrive 10/11. 10th - shipping details still didn’t work. Emailed with no response. 11th is the birthday. Still nothing. Have emailed again asking to cancel. No response yet.
UPDATE
Wine did eventually turn up late but zero customer service and they don’t bother replying to emails / tweets / DMs.

Good
Smooth shopping experience, good prices too. Two small snags - involvement of UPS, a problem-ridden delivery. And beware that you pay customs duty on your delivery (to Switzerland - quite high). The wine is well worth it, thank you.
