I found dealing with guitarbitz really easy and my good,s where dispatched very quickly
great to do business with it was only two days later and my stuff was here
will definitely buy from them again
have a good one
Super quick (and free!) delivery! Will be using these guys for all of my guitar stuff from now on.
Called me straight away to mention the item i had ordered wasn't in stock and to see if there was an alternative product that suited and I got what i needed. Great service when you think i was only ordering some picks. Its easy to give good service on a 3k guitar but if you care about the small tickets you have a good customer service in my opinion
Guitar Bitz are brill! I have used them a few times now for various bits and bobs for my guitars. The parts and accessories are well priced and ALWAYS arrive ahead of schedule. I am quite fussy when it comes to my guitars and their parts are of a superb quality. Will definately
be using them again soon.
Made my order at 4.15 p.m. on a Friday, received it next day, excellent.
I ordered a fender guitar strap from another vendor, ten days later, I hadn't heard from them. So I tried, GUITARBITZ, it arrived the next day, now anything I want, I go straight to GUITARBITZ.
Wanna a great guitar fast & cheap then its Guitarbitz

I needed my bits quickly, and these guys did the business. I`ve used them once before and remembered that they were pretty good on range and delivery. Still are.
i orderd the parts i required easily and they arrived in perfect condition and very quickly
I acquired an excellent addition to my guitar collection in a matter of two days. The delivery was excellent as was the cost of this item. I would highly recommend Guitarbitz.
I've ordered a couple off guitars and been very happy with the purchases and service provided. They did omit a lead from the last purchase, but I phoned and they forwarded it on within 48 hours - good service!
Arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. No worries.
Bought a BOSS TU-3 tuner pedal from here, easy website to follow and hassle free, paid for the item and had one email come through to notify the purchase was confirmed and one a bit later telling me my purchase had been dispatched. After two days the pedal arrived, the pedal was packaged well and in the expected condition.
Also found out I had rewards points put into my guitarbitz account which means I can save up and get money off one of my future purchases.
I always buy off of guitarbitz and with good reason!
Exactly what I wanted , and at a good price with fast delivery .

I've had to edit this review because I didn't read what it was actually about it was for guitarbitz not the product.
Righty ho here we go this new bit is for Guitarbitz what can I say the best company of this type I've ever dealt with by far I would like to thank them for the 5 ***** service and would not hesitate to use again.
What to say this is a great fx pedal for beginners or any body really
for the price it makes you wonder how they do it. I have a vintage zoom 3030 pedal and it by far surpasses that. The amount of sounds, tones fx are well engineered I tend to play a lot through headphones so the amp modeling is spot on. There are a few quirky sounds, but it appears you can alter all the patches if you need 100 patches that is. Only one problem I have had is I can't update to firmware version 1.21 which might be a problem with my computer other than that I can see no problems this has now been resolved if all else fails er read the instructions properly.
Oh big miss it's battery powered also it,s been said it doesn't
have two outputs for stereo like earlier zooms i.e. the 3030 but the single output runs stereo headphones so I would think a "y" splitter lead would run two amps. All in all a nice little pedal for the money.
I feel confident in going to Guitar Bitz for my guitar needs, they not only keep a good selection but also have a good depth of knowledge of the products they sell. Best of all, they are Fender specialist and supplied me with a modern, exact copy of a Stratocaster I bought in 1961....yes, I had a 61 sunburst finish Strat. and sold it a year or so later, for £70, to help buy a car (a Mini) Pity I didn't have a crystal ball, innit?
Evenso, the Strat and the Vox Valvetronic amp, I bought on their recommendation, compliment each other beautifully.
Thank you Guitar Bitz.
