Recently found their site by chance whilst looking for a Takamine eg mini guitar.
They had just what I was looking for in their sale reduced by £100 pounds against my local music shop.
Ordered on Friday, by phone, and delivered as promised on the Monday, free of charge. Brilliantly well protected and arrived in beautiful condition and in perfect tune. Played straight out of the box. Great job guys....

The service I received was fantastic. I ordered a fender electric guitar package, and the gentleman I spoke on the phone with was very polite and helpful. The delivery was also great with it's being delivared within 5 days, and I was always sent updates of my order by text and email. I would defiantly use this service again.

I had to call the store before ordering as I wanted to check the dimensions of machine head/tuning peg unit. The person at end of line was extremely helpful and very polite making my inquiry very easy.
I ordered 3 items on a Friday afternoon and they arrived first thing Saturday morning allowing me to repair my guitar that afternoon.

Trying these strings out to see if they make my acoustic more like an electric to play.
So far so good.
They definitely don't have the deep tone of thicker strings but if you're putting it through a PA or amp that can be adjusted so happy at the moment.

The website was very clear and easy to navigate. Plenty of information about products and ordering was very straightforward. I ordered Thursday for a Friday delivery however on Friday morning the online courier tracking site suddenly said my delivery would be the following Monday with no reason or explananation. Fortunately when I expained to James at Guitarbitz that this was not convenient he was able to arrange with the courier to deliver it on the Saturday (apparently the name and address label on the package had fallen off), and so I received my guitar only 1 day late.

I called them from France, looking for a Wilko Johnson telecaster (anymore available in France...) and then I sent my order on wednesday 13th of august. The guitar has been delivered in forfeit conditions on monday 18th. What else ?
