Ok but follow up of docs not great
the initial experience of booking my cover was good but due to software issues with my phone I cannot access the app therefore cannot download or look at the policy documents. Would appreciate some other way of accessing the documents maybe by dropbox or cloud.

It’s just good to be able to actually talk to someone and have things explained to you. I am not that good with technology so this was quite a relief.
And to be able to get paper documents is much better for me than to be having to try and figure things out with apps. Etc. Well done. 👍

It was easy to use the online form, just enter the details and a quote was given and was acceptable, very easy to set up, just took 10 minutes.
Checked out another site , but Green Flag was good value and cheaper for the same cover

I was looking for a quote for two cars and two drivers, thinking it was going to be a bit of a trial. It took about 10 minutes to get and accept the quote (which was just over half the renewal price from my former provider).

Speedy and efficient application
It was quick and easy to complete the necessary information. There was a choice between monthly and annual cost. The annual cost was extremely reasonable. Once complete you can register on their App and then have access to breakdown help via the App.
