Have a substantial chassis mounted bike…
Have a substantial chassis mounted bike carrier ie can't be taken off. Found half way through journey half of 8 bolts had come off. Could not drive vehicle as was dangerous to us and other road users. 4 hours on phone to GF eventually turned around and said they wouldn't assist, only offered to give us a phone number of a garage.

Green Flag, once contacted cannot be faulted. I feel they rely too much on the app. Need more people manning phones for those that don't use apps. Apart from that, once they're there, they are excellent.

Good communication
Good communication, easy to use the app to report my breakdown. ( flat tyre). Technician changed the tyre without problem and gave me important safety advice about the front tyres.
