Lovely company to deal with! I have had cancer & was in hospital having treatment when my renewals were sent, which meant I missed them.
Phoned Green Flag when I got home, explained what has happened. The operative I spoke to was so kind, he checked my renewal price but did a price comparison as a new customer and saved me £40!

Initial response time from technician was great, arrived within 20 minutes - then dropped me off at a services with no indication of what was going on and left just telling me to call Green flag and tell them my tyre size. Had a further 2+ hour wait for another technician and still didn't fix the tyre, just recovered the car home so I still have a tyre to replace.

Vehicle was recovered but wait time was a little on the long side especially at night. A little disappointed that my daughter could not be contacted directly and this had to be done via my details. Not ideal. Surely this is an easy fix. Otherwise happy with service. Thank you.

Charged £162 for roadside recovery from a dangerous position on the carriageway. Recovery agent never arrived and vehicle was removed at police insistence. Green flag refuse to refund or communicate with me over this matter. Borderline fraud.

Hi answering the questions and paying was straight forward, however not being very good with phone tech or iPad, I just might struggle to get InTouch with you if I breakdown. If I could sort this out, you would get ten out of ten. Time will tell !!
