car broke down late at night so…woman on her own
car broke down late at night so contacted green flag on the app and to their credit were with me within an hour. tech arrived and told me what my dad had allreardy told the battery was shot. the tech then went onto tell he could get me one and fit it £145 WOW. bought a varta battery with 4 yr warranty £56 and 5 mins max to fit 3 bolts to undo. bit high on prices greenflag but then you turned up quick so thanks for that at least.

When I first called green flag they said it would be at least 40 minutes to speak to an operator. They called me back in 50 minutes. I was told the rescue truck would be over an hour before they could get to me, but they came within 45 minutes. I could also track where the rescue truck was.
My car had to go on the back of the truck. The mechanic was very efficient at putting my car on the truck and getting me home.
Was very impressed with the service.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. I would recommend green flag breakdown to anyone as they give exceptional service.
