Mandy was wonderful to work with she was caring and compassionate and very responsive.

Jeff VanHorn the adjuster who handled my total loss, treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. He always answered my communications with in a timely manner. I would recommend Grange and Jeff to anyone needing insurance.

This was my frist time having to file a claim. They was great with how fast they got back with me. They made it very easy. Answered all my questions so that I understand. Was very nice.

Only could work with agent ,asked several times for assistance with a not so expensive rate. HE never offered . I found a better company, did the search myself. He then scolded me for inquiring Grange of a refund due . I keep getting mailings to pay when I canceled

As soon as we filed a claim, we had a representative on it. Mandy worked with us and pretty much "held our hand" as we walked through that horrible experience of loss. From the time we filed our claim until we were notified of getting our insurance payment to cover the loss was 12 days which is unheard of- plus we were dealing with a death in our immediate family at that same time. Recently, I went through the traumatic experience of having my vehicle broken into. I lost many personal items, including my wedding rings. Mark McCune with Grange Insurance was a huge support, walking me through the process of making a claim and answering my questions. He was the calming force I needed during very a difficult time.

We had a tree fall on our property. Processing our client was easy. The adjuster, Ray, was great. He came out, talked us through everything, walked around and surveyed our damage. We emailed/texted and he processed the claim much quicker than I imagined. I have had Grange 25 years, with only a couple of very minor claims. It was so easy, quick and smooth to get it all taken care of within 7 days! I'm shocked.

The claim process was easy and Kelli Echemann was supportive and worked promptly to help me through my request. Thank you Grange for making my homeowners claim a breeze!
