Blake my agent has been consistently professional, clear, and responsive throughout this entire process. My parents are elderly, so I have been managing much of this on their behalf. Having someone like Blake who communicates well and stays on top of every detail has made a meaningful difference for our family. It reduced stress and created confidence at every step.

We unfortunately had a cargo claim. Jessica was assigned to our claim and everything went smoothly. She let me know what she needed and reviewed everything quickly. We were granted the loss claim and received payment in a little over a week. Thank you for quickly processing our claim so we can get back to what we love to do which is deliver our products to our customers.

I returned home after being away for five days over Thanksgiving to a house that only had half power. Unfortunately, that meant two fully loaded, stocked, Midwestern fridges and freezers had been without power for an unknown amount of time. So I got to work logging and taking pictures of all contents with the hope of getting at least $100 in reimbursement from my homeowners insurance. I went to Grange’s online site via my phone and submitted a claim for lost goods. It was super simple, straightforward, and easy to complete in just a minute or two. This was on a Sunday evening, so I was shocked to see my claim had already started moving through the system by 10am on Monday morning. A few minutes later I got a call from a real live person (no computer, no chatbot, no AI!) who serves as my claim representative. Mark McCune was kind, thoughtful, helpful, and fully explained this was a simple “one-call claim” and he would be approving me of my full $500 reimbursement amount and would even be waiving my $100 deductible. Within 30 minutes I had a link for payment and had the option to be mailed a pre-paid credit card, have it deposited to my bank account, or I could use PayPal or Venmo. Within 12 hours of submitting a claim, I already had the money in my account!



The process used technology in the right way with a super simple claim process and then followed it up with a needed human touch during a stressful holiday season. It is so rare to have good things to say about an insurance company these days, but Grange is the exception to the rule! I highly recommend them for your insurance needs and encourage all my friends and family go check out what they have to offer!

Michael was amazing to work with! Never going through experience like this before we had no idea what to expect. He explained everything to us every step of the way. Helped us feel confident in getting everything handled and feeling great about our coverage with Grange. Michael had a very warming presence and personality that made a very stressful situation feel less taxing on us as a family. I am not only very pleased to say we have Grange as our provider but also pleased we had Michael as our POC!

After we were hit by a tornado our lives were turned upside down, but Grange was amazing. They answered the phone the same night and had an adjuster out to our property the next day. We were able to move into the property just 10 days after the roof was ripped off. Our adjuster, AJ Vander Wilp, made the process so easy and was fantastic to work with. I would absolutely recommend Grange to anyone looking for homeowners’ insurance and we how to remain clients as long as we own a home.
