This is my first experience of dealing with this company and what a pleasure it has been. From the very beginning of the house buying process they have been efficient, helpful and informative. A special mention to Property Consultant Ameen Simon who has been extremely professional in guiding me through the purchasing process and providing all the information needed in a timely manner. With his help, I had my purchase bid accepted and sale agreed within a few hours! Thank you.

Lewis and Jamie were very responsive and made sure the process of booking my property survey was quick and efficient. I highly recommend the GOTO Group for conducting your property survey.

Lucy was very friendly and her correspondence was clear. She actioned my request in a timely manner and was very helpful and polite.

Very disappointed with the service received. I paid for a Level 3 Survey expecting a detailed assessment that would help me understand the condition of the property and the likely extent of any repairs required.

Instead, much of the report consisted of generic observations and recommendations to seek further specialist investigations. This left me having to commission additional inspections and obtain further advice to establish the true condition of the property and the work required.

In my opinion, the report lacked the level of property-specific detail, clarity and insight I would expect from a Level 3 Survey. Large sections felt generic and could easily have been applied to countless other properties with only minor amendments. I was left with the impression that the report had been written to minimise liability rather than provide meaningful guidance to a prospective purchaser.

Based on my experience, I would avoid using GOTO Surveyors.

Easy company to work with, quick replies to emails and enquires made, Libby the home move consultant who helped us get this organised was very efficient and responded quickly to any emails.
Easy payment process and prices comparable to other services.
Very in depth report received for property with easy access to surveyor to discuss points raised as well.

The GoTo Group was recommended by our conveyancer. Professional service from Harry in deciding on the appropriate survey and arranging the survey within 2 weeks. Patrick Tovey was the surveyor, he made the report and further discussion easy to understand.

Ryan was friendly and explained each stage without being too technical, he answered my questions and left me feeling confident that everything was going smoothly.

I booked a level 3 RICS survey for a flat I am planning to buy. I used GO TO following recommendation from a good friend.
Main qualities of the company:
- very responsive to emails
- always provided additional details when I had questions
- The description of the services they provide was clear and detailed
- good handling of any additional requests I had and concerns I raised.
Robert Mons was assigned as surveyor for the property. Rob was very responsive, and diligent in conducting the survey. We had some minor glitches (mainly bad comms) that both the company and Rob handled very well, the report I received was therefore of great quality. At the end, I felt like the money I paid was well worth what I received, the survey was completed quickly and the report was ready in 24 hours from the visit.

I'm so grateful to Lewis Hall for making the process efficient and clear. He explained the process well, and went above and beyond to meet my tight deadlines.

Do not ask trust pilot to delete this feedback the whole nation needs to know the bad experience of your company

I need to put another feedback because but I do not agree with your version of reply.

You state that your team were in frequent contact with me by phone and email. Your staff only called me twice. The first call was an introduction, and the second was to ask me to reduce the asking price. I was the one who contacted her on three separate occasions for updates.

Regarding the cancelled viewing, my concern is not that the buyer cancelled. My concern is that your team attended the property and requested access without first checking whether the viewing was still going ahead. The viewing had already been cancelled, yet I had to tell your staff of this. This demonstrates poor communication and a lack of internal coordination.

You also arranged two viewings after the auction had already ended. I do not understand why these viewings were not organised during the auction period when they could have contributed to a potential sale. As a seller paying for a professional service, I expected these opportunities to be managed more effectively.

I also note that no response has been provided regarding my concern that I was encouraged to reduce the price without being advised of the possible impact this could have if the property later returned to the open market. Buyers can see previous price reductions and often use this information to negotiate lower offers.

Finally, I found the standard of communication disappointing. For example, correspondence from the customer service manager was sent without even a basic professional sign-off such as “Kind regards” or “Thank you”.

My review reflects my genuine experience as a customer. I stand by the comments I have made and believe they are fair, accurate and supported by the events that occurred during the marketing of my properties.
