We bought our first house at auction with them, and the process was reasonably straight forward. We first had a member of staff that was not really that good at being proactive and moving things forward, but still helpful (hence 4 not 5 stars). However, towards the end of the sale, when things really got to a sticky point, our support agent changed. Claudette J. was brilliant and chased our conveyancer as well as mediating between the seller and ourselves. She made sure that deadlines were adhered to as much as possible. She was always quick to answer emails and kept us updated throughout the process which took a lot of stress out of it. Thank you :)

I had a call from this company as I am buying a property. The guy was called George Brown. He was very helpful, explained everything in detail and I did not feel pressured to use them. I was looking for a structural engineer's report and George looked into this and was very honest saying they could offer a structural survey but a site plan and report was not an option. He then gave me a details of a service I could use, going above and beyond what he had to do.
I did book a basic survey too with this company which I thought was a reasonable price.

I had a phone call from Sophia Jennings and she was very helpful. She gave me all the details I needed to know and more! She made it easy to understand and clear. I am happy that I chose GOTO Group for the survey.

Just booked survey through Goto after recommendation from my mortgage broker. Sophia was extremely helpful and responsive and the process of booking was very easy.

The staff are very lovely particularly Lewis Hall, who has been so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Very patient and took pride in making sure we understood all processes and what we should expect. Truly enjoyable experience :)

GOTO were suggested by my estate agents. Initial telephone response from Ryan was rapid and subsequent email correspondence with him has been fast, polite and efficient.
Hopefully, the process through to receiving my Level 3 survey will be as good.

Recomended by our estate agent, this company made the process so easy, there was no pressure or hard sell when asking for information . Ryan was great explained everythig clearly , I said I wanted to think about it first and there was no pressure from him he made the process so easy.

Our survey was arranged by George, who was really kind and thorough with me over the phone. He made the whole thing feel like a conversation, not just a transaction. He gave me a call back shortly after as well, to let me know that the surveyor said the mid-range wouldn’t be sufficient - and clearly had done some number crunching before the call to offer me a really good deal given the back and forth.

The survey itself was completed the other day and highlighted a few things that we wouldn’t ever have thought about (including asbestos in the garage which we were thinking of tearing down!), and gave us some really sage advice about the price and marketing of the property.

Nigel was very helpful and produced a very thorough level 3 survey report. We appreciated the opportunity to talk through the report with him and ask additional questions. Thank you!

Property surveys with the GOTO Group are such an easy experience. Everything is handled professionally and swiftly.
Despite having to do a second survey (the first sale fell through), they did their best to make it a less stressful experience.
On top of the amazing service, speaking with George Brown truly brightened my day. We emailed and called (just to be pedantic, really), but George responded to both asap and had infectious positivity the entire time.

I found the GoTo Group to be very supportive, informative and accessible during my experience with them. As a first time buyer, they helped me understand in great detail different aspects of the process I would be going through. My purchase ultimately did not complete due to matters out of my hands and GoTo Group were very helpful in refunding me without any hassle.

Andy, was truly helpful from the start. Having been recommended this company from the start through our mortgage broker, he went out of his way to explain things, suggest options we had and also even prioritise our survey when timings were tight. Andy was very responsive to emails and more than happy to pick up the phone when needed.

GoTo are an absolute nightmare to deal with, creating considerable distress and frustration . I received a demand for almost £7,000 , claiming I was in breach of contract - I was not . Next came a notice to say I had withdrawn from the sale . I had not. All this creating confusion and uncertainty which my solicitor had to sort out, creating needless work. My solicitor and myself received numerous emails requesting information that should have been provided by the purchaser's solicitor - creating further confusion. Needless to say that when I am disposing off my remaining rental portfolio I will not be touching GoTo with the proverbial bargepole.
