A wonderful, and not common everywhere, shopping experience at Lincoln. Samantha has very good knowledge of her products, was pleasant and helpful.
Her "light touch" manner made the shopping experience an exceptional one.

Came in looking for 2 pairs of walking boots. Was helped to find exactly what we wanted by Rosie who did a great job. Came away with exactly what we wanted. We'll be back

Was the salomon x-ultra gore tex shoes that i orginally went in for or merrell moab 3 gore tex.
Decided on salomon speedcross peak GTX.
Will go back for the merrell in a few week.

I bought online but the shoe fit was too big. I returned my purchase to a store and was met by an assistant who promptly made a refund, excellent!

People helpful and polite. I really enjoy browsing as camping is one of my favourite things.

Meena was fantastic
I initially called and she checked stock twice for me while on the phone as sometimes the website doesn't give upto date info.
When i arrived at the store meena greeted me with a lovely smile and had put my order behind the counter at the till.

We were looking for a waterproof jacket, we hadn’t been in the shop for long before we were approached by a lovely smiling, friendly member of staff asking if we needed any assistance (clearly we did as we couldn’t find what we were looking for 🤣and must’ve looked puzzled).
From that moment on, Katie was extremely helpful and very patient. The jacket was for myself, I wanted to see how much longer the new one compared to my old one. I asked if she had a tape measure, off she went and once returned assisted with the measuring. Then, which size, I tried two different sizes on and then needed a jumper underneath to compare the difference in movement etc., Katie joined in with our humour remaining professional and advising on maintenance of the jacket. After quite a while, I chose the one which fitted better and Katie made a sale.
I am no mystery shopper, had I have been this young lady would have achieved a perfect 100% score.
