Very helpful and polite staff. Could not recall which rails
I had taken items from into the changing rooms, staff very happy to put them back for me. Think you could do with trade name boards above each set of makers items.Toilets were clean and had been replenished.

I think their online shoppping needs to be improved.
Everything is so slow. Took ages for my things to arrive at the shop to collect and i'm still waiting for a refund 10 days later. Plus one pair of shorts were supposed to be a size 14 and so tight I couldn't even fasten them despite ordering other things in the same size which fit me fine. I wouldn't buy on line from them again. I would go into a shop but never again on line.

Need advice on purchasing a coat, ask for Paul F, brilliant
We asked Paul F for some advice on getting our daughter a decent coat for her college course.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
His time was very much appreciated as we ( and our daughter, for once!) came away knowing we had purchased the right coat! Plus he gave us unpressured advice on how to care and prolong the longevity of the coat.
Great selection of everything with a good range of prices.
Will definitely be going back and even bought a members card.

Replacement Merrell shoes
Went for some replacement Merrell hiking shoes, will only buy Merrell as they have the arch support built in, not a lot to choose from and didn’t have my size in one of the pairs I wanted to try, but did manage to get a pair.
Every one was very pleasant, overall a very good experience.

Your stock on carp and coarse fishing…
Your stock on carp and coarse fishing is very poor, you have bate chairs, bag's, coat's but the smaller stuff like method feeders, float stops,if your going to sell fishing tackle you have to stock everything, people won't come and buy one item and go somewhere else for the rest like Angling Direct

Lovely Denise helped me out with a pair of waterproof walking shoes for a trip to Norway and she took time to make a fuss over our dog ,then found some socks for us .
