Karen was such a lovely and helpful salesperson. She seemed genuine as she gave great advice without being pushy. We were in the shop towards closing time yet didn’t feel rushed. My order didn't arrive
I have no product to review as it still hasn't been delivered. We've had to cancel a camping trip which we'd already paid for because the tent never arrived, so not only have we lost money from our booking, getting a refund for the missing tent has been a very slow and still unresolved process.

Bought 3 items online - very speedy delivery. Excellent quality hiking leggings however one pair was too small. I called into my local store and the very helpful staff were happy to return them and organise a refund. I received a confirmation of refund email the same day and the refund shortly afterwards. Excellent products, very efficient online system and very helpful instore staff. Overall - excellent customer service.

The tent had a hole in the side
The tent had a hole in the side, and I believe it had been returned by someone else previously (several clues for this). Not impressed on this occasion.

The store is spacious and well laid…
The store is spacious and well laid out. Staff are friendly. Bought a jacket today. Almost got charged £10 more as the till price was incorrect. Unfortunately the security tag had not been removed, but did not activate when I left the store. The tag may have ink in it so I need to travel approx 22miles for the store to remove it.
