I had the pleasure of Andrew helping me today whilst choosing some new trail running shoes. He was very efficient, offering suggestions and finding the right fit. A great service and very happy with the service offered. Nice to still see good old fashioned supportive sales assistants giving their help and knowledge.

Security tags have prevented trying some garments on comfortably , considering the price tags you need to make sure they fit correctly

Excellent, needed to replace a much loved pair of walking trainers, worn to death. Tried on nearly every pair in the shop until I found the perfect ones. Very happy 3 months down the line. Andrew was a star, extremely knowledgeable and phenomenally patient.

I ordered a pair of boots online and paid an extra £5.00 for a years membership. Almost a week later I was notified to collect from local store and was then advised by store staff that there was no Membership Card and that the Online Sales NEVER issue a Membership Card unless you pester them with phone calls. So it appears I paid a £5.00 levy on my purchase!
I have lodged a complaint on their website and may or may not get a reply 'as soon as possible'.
This is disgraceful behaviour by a major company - I will certainly never again use their online facility and if this is not satisfactorily resolved, I will never use the store again.

Andrew and David who served us where both very knowledgeable regarding footwear products sold by Go Outdoors. This made the purchase of Scarpa Terra boots very easy, very smooth and a good reason for us to return to Go Outdoors for our next pair.

I wanted to buy a warm winter coat that would also be used for traveling abroad to cold countries. I had tried on some and was unsure
Pam approached me and suggested a particular coat which was my size
She was able to give me all the info I needed and was extremely helpful
