Return is a GIANT HASSLE and PRICEY
I looked into the refund policy and seen that returns were hassle free but that was not the case, upon requesting a refund to find out that I had to pay a 15% restocking fee, on top of having to pay for shipping to return. Very dissatisfied with the company and customer service. This will be my last time ordering from your company.

This site was easy to enter and find the information on the frames that I wanted to purchase. The first time 20 per cent custumer discount was great

Very pleasant shopping experience, easy to find what I'm looking for, and very reasonable prices for eye glass frames.
Returns are hard
Frames were a good price but they make returns hard-- receipt page with return link disappeared before specs arrived, I had to request it 3x. Lots of small print about what is and isn't acceptable. Price for lenses was twice as much as usemyframe.com
PS when the refund comes thru, it was $US22 LESS than I paid. Nice racket

They are THE worst company ever
They are THE worst company ever. I ordered a pair of glasses that looked silver online and there was no colour stated, just a code. Then I had to pay $35 on duties when it was delivered to me which could've been avoided if they had marked a lower value, which is what they instruct their customers to do when you return them. They refused to take responsibility for the poor photo and description and said that I should've asked for more pictures. Then I returned them and they sent them back to me! They are CROOKS. I contacted the Better Business Bureau but they never responded to them. They're awful. Don't do it.

The company does not honor its guarantees that it writes on its website. Per the website the company states, "Lens Accuracy Guarantee: If the doctor changes the prescription shortly after receiving the order, it may be remade under the Lens Accuracy Guarantee." Upon contacting the company by phone, after many failed attempts, I am immediately told they will not do this and will only change the lenses if there is a defect in them. The person then starts to argue with me that "We guarantee to cover changes made in the prescription by the doctor for 60 days from the day of delivery" means they will only fix it if there is a defect....

Hold my order for weeks and now charged me twice and stated that my credit card was declined and still hold my order. I called my bank they said the charges were approved, now I have to dispute the charges. What a hassle of ordering pair of glasses!!! never again!

The worst customer service experience ever! I purchased a pair of glasses from them with glass lenses. They sent me the same model glasses but with the less expensive $50 cheaper plastic lenses. When I tried to exchange or return them they tried to say that they were the glass lense model and that the manufacturer doesn't put that info on the packaging which is completely false. They eventually stopped answering my emails. The whole experience was sketchy and left me feeling like I got ripped off.

Terrible experience! Several days after placing my order, I received an email that the order was delayed because my prescription had not been confirmed. I later received an email that the order was cancelled because the frame was discontinued. After that, I received an email that the frame was not discontinued and the the order was still processing. I waited several days with not follow up email, so I decided to check the order status online only to find out that my order had been canceled because my card was declined. Interesting that the card was declined because there is more than sufficient funds in the account and I have used it several times after placing the order. I tried contacting customer service via live chat and the agent responded by saying I'm sorry I can't help you with that. I proceeded to ask for help with instructions on how to re-enter another credit card number. His response was: "please reply to the email that was sent to you from our customer care team. He then ended the chat without asking me if I had any other questions or concerns. I felt this was very rude. I was very respectful in trying to ask for help. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Misrepresentation of branded goods
Go-Optic advertise for sale replacement Swissflex eyeglasses cases, with pictures, but sent me a generic non-branded eyeglass case (claiming that it was the official replacement for the Swissflex case) which did not fit my Swissflex eyeglasses. Swissflex since confirmed to me that they do not sell their products through third party websites and thus it seems that Go-Optic was just making stuff up! Go-Optic now want to charge me $9.95 to accept a return and thus I just got my cc company to cancel the charge for the case. Dreadful company. Dreadful customer service.
