$262.90 down the drain!
I paid $146.90 on May 16. This included $30 for 1-2 day delivery. I then found out my daughter would not receive the frames as promised. Cancelled the order. Have still not received any refund. BTW, my daughter first ordered these frames and paid $116.00 on May 1st for the same frames. Her order was cancelled by them and she also does not have a refund!! so $262.90 and we have NOTHING.

Everything was great and simple to use I tried a few weeks ago to order some other frames but got a email confirmation saying the frames that I was looking for were no longer available but in a different color which I just ordered now I ordered two frames I always fall asleep with my glasses on end up breaking them or bending them so might as well have a backup on top of a backup just hoping the lenses fit properly

If it was not available, why did you take my order (and my money) and waste a week of my time when I could have bought it elsewhere? Very poor form. Went on the 'Live Agent Chat' and only got responses from robots. Still no credit posted to my AMEX card for the charges. You need to do better. No future business from this customer.

very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this company. I have sent e-mails, made calls (repeatedly getting messages that "no rep is available to help you") Finally, spoke with a live person who was not at all helpful nor did he even listen to my request. Then he said he could not hear me due to a "bad connection" . I had no choice but to end the call. I will not use Go optic again for sure.

Very disappointing. Customer service is a joke. The glasses say they are arriving 1 month and 1 week after I ordered them, when initially they said they would be arriving 2 weeks before. I am unable to cancel or speak to anyone.

The site displays items that are discontinued and no longer available. When called to check on the availability of the same, customer support agent THOMAS has a big attitude problem!! He asked me, "What does that mean"i explained him that I was looking for a particular model & if that particular model is in stock as it was showing in the selection !!! But instead answering straight, he comes with a very bad attitude and questions ‘what does that even mean’ … i used simple plain English to request information but Thomas was very rude & arrogant & biased!!! If you don’t have it in stock, Why was it displayed in the first place??I have been looking for that particular color and when I came across it on the site it said in stock to order!!! Misleading information !!! Customer support agent are supposed to guide and help the clients but not be rude with their bad attitude and manners!!! THOMAS is negligent. He was outright rude, arrogant, and clearly biased! His job is to make things easy for the customers but not prove his point with a bad attitude.
Site flagged my review as containing illegal content!!! I was asked to submit a reference number after a year!!! That’s ridiculous!!! Every review on this company is negative!!! People like Thomas are the reason for the negative comments all over!!!!

What is an old/no longer model is not marked at all. No attention to what is actually available. I've had 5-6 different models ordered and cancelled due to that being an outdated model no longer available.
Misleading marketing, predatory cancellation policy.
They misleadingly claim to stock frames from several hard-to-find brands but actually don't -- and require 4 to 6 weeks to "backorder" frames from the manufacturer. This delay is never communicated to customers. You'll never find out unless you manually reach out a week later to check on your order.
What's worse is that they then demand a 10% stocking fee on frames (which they don't actually have) and a 30% stocking fee on lenses (which they haven't even begun processing).
EDIT 3/5: I had some time to cool off and think through my experience. My order was eventually shipped, and a little faster the estimate I had been given (still longer than originally represented).
But I still think they misrepresent stock and shipping times for certain brands to siphon sales away from competitors, and that their cancellation policy is reasonable for orders that they cut lenses for, but for these backorders is plainly unreasonable and meant to cut down on cancellations. They need to identify backorder items on the product listing, not bury that information in the FAQs.
Highly Unethical
"30-Day Returns" at the top of the web page is highly misleading. In reality, they send out poorly made products and then charge a huge fee to return frames - lenses cannot be returned, only exchanged for another giant cost. This company should be embarrassed.
