Glossy box discontinued their subscription in the US. My parents had bought me a year long subscription, which they paid for in advance and I was not told they were discontinuing it. I didn’t get any money back either until I messaged them 5 months later after noticing I hadn’t received a box in a while. If I had forgotten about it they would have never given me the 106 dollars they still owed me

Not the best value for money
Not good value for money. Glossybox just cannot compete with the boxes you'll find on Tiktok that have more interesting products and a lot more bang for your buck.
Note that if you subscribe after 14th of the month you will automatically be signing yourself up to pay for the current month's box and also the next month's box.
Update: After being charged for another month's box even though I was reassured I wouldn't be, Sean was able to rectify the situation and I was happy with his customer service :)

Glossybox is a great deal
I love the products i get from glossy box.. And i love the outlet for ordering past boxes with some of the products i loved..i love to open the box and see what i got every month and when i order exta products..I've always gotten great things from glossy box.

I never received my boxes
I never received my boxes, apparently one was returned, but they never emailed me and offered to fix it. I guess they were just planning on keeping the money and the box. I ordered two, but they only sent one. Never got either box, so I would give it a zero out of 5 stars. Never offered another box either!
