I had an exceptional experience with Wristcheck in Hong Kong and couldn’t recommend them more. From start to finish, the service was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely kind. Esther, who assisted me throughout the process, was absolutely incredible — a fantastic communicator, attentive, and such a pleasure to work with.

I initially had a watch lined up to pick up for my birthday, but unfortunately, due to a last-minute issue around the year change, they weren’t able to source it in time. Despite this disappointment, the team didn’t stop there. They continued working closely with me, stayed responsive and transparent, and even went out of their way to surprise me with an unexpected birthday gift, which truly meant a lot.

In the end, I was able to secure a different watch that I absolutely love, and I’m so grateful for the sincerity, care, and dedication they showed throughout the entire experience. On top of that, their social media content is top-notch and really reflects their passion for watches and community.

The Hong Kong store itself is also beautiful, welcoming, and conveniently located — a great space that matches the quality of their service. Overall, Wristcheck delivered an experience that went far beyond a simple purchase. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them (especially Esther) to anyone looking for a watch and an outstanding customer experience.

It was my first time dealing with Wristcheck, and I got to know them through ‘Little Rednote’. I was extremely lucky to be taken cared of by Nicky. This was by far the best experience. Fair prices, very responsive service and the finished product is extremely upscale. Packaging was the best I have seen to date. Separate security sealed watch case, beautiful black satin outer box and company embroidered paper….just classy. They took the time to set the entire perpetual calendar on the watch to my time zone. It’s not a big deal but shows their attention to detail. Watch was as described online without one complaint and I am very picky. My new go to watch reseller. Sincerely, Keith

I am glad i found your store in IG,i was a bit nervous, so my friends accompanied me, we even had a baby with us, but Nicky was so warm, welcoming and honest. Which i truly appreciate as I finally felt comfortable. I initially had 2 brand preselections, Nicky showed me pieces on hand but I was a bit hesitant with my choices when I saw the pieces in person, but just for kicks Nicky showed me another option which is 3x more expensive than my intended budget 😬 which I ended up purchasing. It was really the perfect watch for my husband. 🙂

I had an stellar buying experience from Wristcheck. From first contact with Esther Yeo who was friendly, helpful, effective and willing to go the extra mile at every step, to the exceptionally detailed and transparent condition report they sent over complete with timegrapher data (perfect for my tendency to geekery), to head watchmaker Peter Glomb taking time out from his day to meet me on collection day to explain what was done with my requests, they clearly set the gold standard in my buying experience over the course of my entire watch collecting life. A standard so high that I can’t help but wonder if other dealers will ever be able to match up. I absolutely could not recommend them more!
