Beatiful and excellent design - to be treasured and wonderful to use. Speed of dispatch could perhaps be better. But all worthwhile and first class.

Customer service is great, packaging was above and beyond. My new crystal whisky decanter and other peices are real head turners displayed in my whisky cabinet and will get many years of use I am sure. How ever, I do wish the decanter was tooled a bit where the stopper goes in to it. As it does not allow for an air tight closure due to slight warpage in the glass. As we all know, this will hinder the spirits and allow oxidation with in the bottle and cause the spirit to break down and lose flavoring much quicker. Guess I'll just have to drink faster. Bottoms up!

I contacted Glencairn regarding glasses I wanted to purchase as gifts for an upcoming trip to Canada. There was no time to visit their shop and there appeared to be no stockists in my area. Step up Julie!
She undertook to have the desired glasses packaged and dispatched that very afternoon, with the undertaking they would arrive two days later. However, they arrived the following day, before lunchtime.
Julie was so positive and reassuring that I had no concerns the glasses wouldn’t turn up on time.

The products are amazing, the packaging is perfect. UPS's customs clearance during delivery is complicated and requires administration, and the amount of customs duty can only be paid in cash. Until then, DHL's customs clearance is automatic and the customs amount can be paid online by card.

The set I purchased was amazing and was loved by the recipient. Even better was the service from the Glencairn team. I needed the set in a rush and Lucy was extremely helpful in making sure it arrived on time!

Wonderful glasses. Delivery was really swift and the box they arrived in was nicely styled. My only criticism would be they were bigger than I realised. Not enough to mark down a star but a dimensions picture would have been useful before purchase.
