I recently placed an order for the six set of whiskey glasses for an engagement gift for a couple that were engaged in Loch Fyne and have family from the highlands and Barra .

After looking at several different crystal glasses I was overwhelmed with the details of this set . I knew it was the perfect gift.

They arrived very quickly and are in a beautiful presentation box . Such a beautiful collection and I am sure that I will purchase many more from Glencairb crystal ltd soon.The decanter will be a wonderful addition for their wedding gift and I am sure anyone who is looking for a unique piece will find one from the collection.

Recently ordered a decanter for my son's Birthday, not only is the decanter lovely and inscribed beautifully but the service was exceptional given the timeframe for delivery was so short.

DO not trust this company. We bought a bulk order of glasses with our logo inscribed - or so we thought. We are a small establishment, so it's taken us some time to get to the last 16 boxes. This last batch were blank. The manager flat refused to replace them. He did not deny the order was wrong. His excuse was time passed.

Prompt response to my order. Efficient management and communications.

Excellent service from Glencairn, started with three potstill decanters engraved to mark a family event, then got glasses engraved for an informal whisky club, followed by glasses to mark the end of a database the team support over several decades. All worked well and going down well with people. There was a problem with delivery but this was sorted out very quickly and professionally so will use again. Started my collection of Glencairn glasses from visiting distilleries so nice to have some commissioned by myself.

I need assistance for an incomplete order, # 90243, placed on 23 SEP 2024. That order entailed two (2) Glencairn Glass Travel sets (Which I took to mean 4 total glasses and 2 travel pouches), and engraving for one set. These were purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the receiver.

The great news is that the receiver loves the one (1) set of glasses and the travel pouch they received, so thank you.

However, they did not receive the second set of (un-engraved) glasses, which is where I require assistance.
