I ordered two pairs of glasses and, while one pair was absolutely perfect, unfortunately the frames I'd chosen were just a little too big for me.
I contacted customer service and they were fantastic. They were more than happy to arrange an exchange for a different pair, and the whole process was completely hassle-free. 🙌🏻

My daughter recommended glasses direct.I had just spent a considerable amount at opticians,they were great as always but so pricey,especially as I fancied having second pair.SO I followed the link to you and very easily ordered myself another pair.Was somewhat nervous as needed varifocals,and transition lenses.

Replacement Glasses in a hurry

Varifocal sunglasses replaced
My varifocal sunglasses purchased 15 months ago suddenly went cloudy. I phoned customer services and explained the situation and Lloyd immediately assured me that (as they were within the 2 year guarantee) they would be replaced.
7 days later my new pair have been delivered. Brilliant service.
