I was promised £145 voucher after 120 days validation period, which concluded on March 10, 2026. I was informed that the reward link wool be issued automatically once the period ended. I sent emails, as advised on their website. Tickets were created, (643041) and (640915) but I keep getting the same automated message. My Vodafone broadband was installed in November. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Is this a scam?

i still havent recieved the gift card offered with vodafone broadband i bought back in august 2025, well after the 120 days stated, after contacting giftcloud support i was assured it would be sent within 10 days and my ticket number 636385 was opened. obviously it still hasnt come through and gift cloud had the audacity to close the ticket, so this whole offer was a complete scam and i probably when with another broadband provider without this scam offer attached to it. i will also be leaving a bad review with vodafone and will be filing a report with trading standards for false advertising.

Went with SKy broadband in November 2025 as part of the deal an £80 gift card still not arrived emailed Giftcloud twice no response. Why do companies offer deals when you constantly have to chase for something you are owed. Very poor service

I have filled 11 forms into redem my token it just takes me back to same site to fill again a form.my broadband was ordered Uswitch online 29th October activated 26th November, waited 120 days but the redemption never arrives. You cannot contact them only through AI. I would love to get this resolved.

I switched to Vodafone broadband 4 months ago on an offer which should include a £145 M&S gift card. I waited for 4 months but nothing comes up. Vodafone uses Giftcloud as the system to give out vouchers, but Giftcloud does not respond to enquiries. All I got is only system auto-reply messages. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend anybody to use Vodafone again, no matter how attractive their offer is.

Was instructed to wait 120 days for my Sky Reward to be confirmed and have received nothing to confirm it. Raised a ticket via the online form on the website and got an automated email, stating replies within 3 working days but could be longer during busy periods. It is now over 2 weeks since the online form was completed and nothing received, no emails no gift card. My order for broadband with Sky was placed 19th November, we are not nearly 6 months on and no reward. Extremely poor!

Awful experience. I bought Vodafone broadband through uswitch back in October on the offer of an £125 Amazon gift card. You have to wait 120 days post broadband live date to qualify for the card. Despite having confirmation of tracking for the offer and it being over 120 days post broadband installation, no gift card. I have created 3 support tickets over the past month, none of which have had a response. Just get an automated email after 2 days that says they are busy and won’t meet their 48hr response timings. They don’t actually respond at all. Terrible customer experience, feels like such a scam.

My £80 voucher from signing up to Sky broadband was overdue and I emailed Giftcloud to query it.
They replied on 18 March 2026 and this statement was included in their email…
“…our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please
be aware during busy periods and bank holidays we may take longer to respond.”
As of 6 April 2026, I’ve heard nothing since and have emailed them several times but no response.
The voucher was what prompted me to get Sky broadband, and without it, going to another provider would have cost me much less. It’s clear from other reviews here, that in many instances, Giftcloud doesn’t seem to be an honourable organisation and I would urge people to avoid going for any offer which includes a voucher from them.
UPDATE:
I’ve revised my score after eventually receiving my voucher. It would have been more had I not had to chase them several times over a period of almost 3 weeks. Deal with enquiries promptly Giftcloud and you will see a vast improvement in your review scores.

I have not received my £180 giftcard after my wifi purchase. Sent a form in on 20.3.26 which has had no reply. Ticket 639896. No other way to contact the company. Extremely frustrating. My card is months overdue.

I should have received a gift card in mid march from a broadband incentive. When this wasn't received, I contacted giftcloud via their online form (the only way you can contact them) and only received an automated response stating they aim to respond in 48 hours.
Nearly 2 weeks later after chasing up directly with giftcloud to radio silence, I posted a review on here (trustpilot). Five days ago, giftcloud responded to that review and advised that I'd receive the giftcard within 24 hours.
Well, 24 hours go by and another and another....and still no giftcard received.
I raised another ticket with giftcard directly and, you guessed it, no response.
So, not only have they failed to deliver the giftcard as promised they haven't responded to my formal complaints.
Based off the other reviews where people have had exactly the same issue, I'm beginning to think their business model is purposefully withholding rewards and hoping people give up chasing them....it seems no matter how much you chase up they never follow through on their promise to deliver the card.
Terrible company, terrible communication, terrible service.

I signed up with Vodafone in October 2025 with an incentive of a £125 reward card after 120 days of the contract starting.
I have not yet received my gift card, nor have I had a ‘proper ‘ response despite chasing by email on several occasions - just a standard generic email reply.
It is very frustrating that there is no contact number to speak to someone about it.
I will never take up an incentive again if Giftcloud are involved , and I would not recommend to anyone.

I have now received my gift card from Giftcloud, with thanks.
Just a shame that it took a poor review for them to respond/action it. Thank you TrustPilot.

I hadn’t received my promised gift card a few weeks after it was due, so I opened a complaint. They were experiencing a busy period and it took a couple of weeks for my enquiry to be dealt with. Maqi gave me good support and communicated the delay, and my complaint was brought to a full conclusion. Thank you!

I joined Vodafone Broadband in November (5 months ago) with the incentive of a £120 gift card. The 120 days have since passed, I have submitted 3 tickets through the Giftcloud website and have not heard any response (other than that I will have a response in 48 hours). I followed all of the necessary steps to recive the gift card, it's ridiculous that I haven't heard anything after multiple attempts. There doesn't appear to be any other method to contact gift cloud so please could someone from GiftCloud help action this ticket via this platform.
