No reply to any support ticket for over 2 weeks

I was expecting a gift card from my Vodafone broadband (taken out in Nov 25) on March 17th 2026. I had a confirmation email from GiftCloud in November 2025.

Come March 17th, nothing. I opened a support ticket with them via their ZenDesk system. No response other than "you can close this ticket by emailing back with RESOLVED" if it's no longer an issue.

2 weeks later, I opened a second ticket via their ZenDesk system, still no reply.

I then created a ticket via Resolver. Still not reply.

Disgusting company, their business model appears to be (make it so difficult to claim your gift card, they'll make a profit on everyone that gives up).

Absolutely disgusted with Vodafone that they'd team up with a scam company like this. I'll be reporting to both the FCA (for gift cloud), and Ofcom (for Vodafone).

I'll also be opening an online money claim via the Small Claims Court (which I strongly suggest all others do too).

9/4/26 Voucher Arrived

So, it's been a week since Giftcloud hoped I enjoyed my Vodafone enticement voucher.

It failed to materialise, unsurprisingly.

I don't hold out much hope it will.

But, I'll still leave these reviews in the hope that it persuades people to think again when trusting this outfit to honour it's promise.

I regularly review and empty my email accounts of one's that I've read and no longer of any use.

Since it had been quite some time since the "tickets" had been created with no joy of the voucher materialising, I emptied them out of the account.

Just to let people out there know there is hope.

I received the voucher today and it worked for me in Argos.

I initially thought, judging by the reviews, that it was a scam.

On second thoughts it seems that Giftcloud are simply overwhelmed by the massive response on different fronts.

The Vodafone offer alone seems to have been taken up by a sizeable amount of people.

Anyway.

Hang on in there and they will honour their end of the bargain.

Echoing many of the reviews on here I…

Echoing many of the reviews on here I took out a broadband package with a gift card included. 120+ days deadline had passed so I decided to reach out in Feb 2026 to follow which I got no response. Followed up again in March. No response. I have followed up again today but feels like nobody monitors these "tickets' or emails. Like another reviewer has said it feels deliberately evasive to be so difficult to get a response from. This was included as an incentive with a Vodaphone package, it is Giftcloud's responsibility to deliver on this. I will be contacting Vodaphone if no response is received. Really shouldn't be this difficult.

Giftcloud support stay silent and don't deliver voucher

I took out a broadband offer with Vodafone in October 2025 which included a £110 Giftcloud voucher. I fulfilled all the conditions. Giftcloud never contacted me so I got in touch with them and submitted a support ticket (#635629) on 4th March 2026. I had no response other than an automated acknowledgement. Two weeks later I contacted them again on 17th March 2026 (support ticket #639235) and still have received no response and no promised voucher.

UPDATE 9th April 2026:
Following this review GiftCloud did respond via Trustpilot and assured they would send the voucher within 24 hrs.
They did honour this commitment and I have now been able to redeem the full value of the voucher.

I still have not had my gift cloud voucher

I still have not had my gift cloud voucher for £150. I had Vodafone full fibre broadband installed in October 2025 which I ordered on 7th October 2025 through the offer page. I was accepted by email for the voucher and issued a token reference number. I have waited over 120 days. I submitted 2 enquiry forms on 20th March 2026 and still not had a response.

I feel very disappointed and mislead and will be taking further action if not resolved. I will also be contacting Vodafone.

Anything giftcloud is a scam

Anything giftcloud is a scam. Any emails from them go to spam folder so you dont get them and action them. There is small print in the terms where any vouchers thats arent claimed get cancelled. The terms and conditions to claim a voucher are so complicated they are designed that you either give up in frustration or seek further help. There is no help. I have filled out several help emails and never received a reply. They dont want you claiming your voucher in short.

I am totally disappointed and…

I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied as a £15 rewards of my account has been expired, not really good!
Firstly, I hadn't realised that the reward money earned in my account has an expiry date to it(why?), as I was under impression that they will be available for life or as when I wish or decide to use it.
I had decided to go with moneysupermarket as the rewards insensitive had made it a more attractive purchase, if I ever new, that they are going to time me out and expire my rewards, I wouldn't have purchased through the site as now, I am worth off.
I still can not see the logic.
Earned rewards, has to have an expiry date to it?!!(why?!) Very annoying! Totally, disappointed, No, logic!
I won't use them again.

Promised £130 Incentive Never Delivered - No Response from Support

I signed up for a Vodafone broadband contract via Giftcloud, with a clearly advertised £130 incentive voucher to be issued 120 days after installation.

That deadline has now passed, and no voucher has been provided.

I raised a support ticket on 25 March and received no response within the stated 48 hours. I followed up again — still nothing. No update, no explanation, no accountability.

At this point, this feels less like a delay and more like a failure to honour a promotional commitment. The complete lack of customer support only makes this worse.

I would strongly caution others considering offers through Giftcloud — based on my experience, the incentive may simply not materialise, and getting a response is extremely difficult.

Failure to follow though

We purchased a broadband contract with Vodafone at the start of October with a promise of a £120 Amazon voucher from GiftCloud when signed up. It's very clear that you have to wait 120 days for the voucher before contacting the company.

After waiting the required time, I have contacted GiftCloud several times, with the only thing i have received back is an automated email saying they are busy - this was on the 17th February. Follow up emails sent at the start of March and middle of March, this time with no reply at all. Communication non-existent.

Very disappointed - I think companies such as Vodafone should not link themselves with companies like this due to the reflected negative PR.
