I was meant to receive a gift card in relation to opening a TSB account but nothing has appeared. I've checked the criteria, check my spam and opened a support ticket with them but no reply except the auto response on 24 Mar.

me and my partners vouchers for £50 each sent for currys do not work that's 2x vouchers. Vouchers where part of ID mobile sign up. Sent over 6 emails and no response in over 2 months. company is a joke.

Signed up for Sky broadband via MSE waited 120 days from installation. Haven’t received gift card and no response from helpdesk they just do not reply. Sky tell me everything is in in order and they are waiting for Giftcloud to send details to them.
Do not use a promise of a voucher to sign up to a provider - You will not get it.

I signed up for the £150 reward with Vodafone broadband. I waited the 120 days without being sent the voucher and then contacted them. After receiving an automated reply saying they would be in touch within 48 hours I had no reply after 10 days. I sent another email about a week ago and still no reply. I see some people receive their tokens but mostly it seems to be a bit of a scam so if you're using this as a decision on which package to go for I would disregard. I wonder if Vodafone knows they're doing this?

Update: It has been 9 days since the reply comment below and still no gift card received. Would love to know if other reviews here with this same reply has been successful? Maybe we all need to complain to trading standards?
Like most others, the Vodafone signup voucher has not arrived (yes I have checked my spam). Ordered 16.09.25 so I’ve waited a lot more than 120 days (14.01.26 would be the 120 day mark). I’ve used giftclouds online form and had an automated response but still no gift card. I wouldn’t have signed up with Vodafone if it had not been for this offer as I calculated it into the overall price. Vodafone also negate all responsibility for the gift voucher even though they use it as a carrot for you to sign up with them.
There is no other way to contact giftcloud, and they seem to respond quicker on here than they do to any emails, hence my review which hopefully is a call to action for them. I am owed £145 in Amazon vouchers please. Ticket no 644302 & 649323 Order no WEB-0001000048768545.

Im starting to think some sort of a scam now, Absolutely awful customer service I have waited the 120days well past this now have all the details they will need. I emailed them almost a month ago myself ticket number (639340)no reply just automated message. so I've gone through resolver ticket number (642998) 9 days and still no reply from them again contacted through resolver after day 10 to receive yet another ticket (645815) I am waiting for my voucher signing up to Vodafone from black Friday offer last year. Very disappointing and like I said awful customer service as they don't even reply to your emails no other way to contact them either.

Should have had a voucher up to 120 days after signed up for sim with id mobile . Not had anything and no response from mails sent to gift loud . Shocking customer service . I am writing to Martin money Lewis as they seem to premote I’d mobile which use there services

I installed Vodafone broadband, there was an offer of 140 pounds Gift card 120 days after installation. I applied for the gift card a few days after the 120 days, nothing came so I contacted giftcloud gave them all the details and a support ticket number 641911 was raised. They say the respond within 48 hours. However over two weeks later no response. So I sent another email asking them to raise a complaint. If this is not resolved in the next few days. I will raise a formal complaint with Vodafone.

I signed up for an EE broadband offer which included a £150 reward card.
My reward sign-up was confirmed in December, and I provided my reward token and full details via Giftcloud’s support form over a week ago.
I have received no response.
This is very disappointing, especially as I have already supplied all required information.
I would appreciate this being looked into urgently and my reward being issued as expected.

Giftcloud have responded asking for my details but have not provided a direct contact method. I have already submitted a support request with full details and am awaiting a proper response.

Update.Received a voucher today for £32.50 instead of promised £125.What a mess.Don’t buy anything via them just use Quidco at least they reply to messages and pay promised amounts!!!
Absolutely terrible service. My Vodafone broadband voucher was due after 120 days and it still has not arrived. I have sent several messages over the last 3 weeks and have received no response. Don’t use them!!!!!

Contacted giftcloud and still no response on a £150 voucher from my Vodafone internet. Emailed them twice and an automated response. Feeling frustrated as it is over a 120 day period… I think this company is a scam and does not issue vouchers.

Shoddy company who conveniently have no way to contact them apart from their online form, still haven’t received our voucher well after the 120 days passed. Won’t be using any company that endorses this kind of reward ever again
