I would highly recommend Alex at Get Connected in Newport shropshire. He helped me change my phone contract and gave me a fantastic deal . Im no good with technology at all so Alex has been very helpful and patient with me showing me how to use my new phone. I have been to Alex numerous times for his help with my new phone. I have also witnessed Alex's customer service with alot of the older generation in Newport. For a young man his customer service is absolutely fantastic.
